Ladyhawke is an awesome movie. 80s music combined with middle ages/fantasy theme.

Apocalypse Now. Always an awesome film, especially redux. One day I swear to watch the work prints.

See "In Bruges". British film, really quirky, and very good.

The Shawshank Redemption is easily one of my favorite movies. Music score, acting...I really don't find anything bad.

I never cry when watching a movie. Never.

The only one exception to this: Schindler's List.

Film wise, I just watched Taken. It was actually a very good movie. I recommend it for anyone who likes Liam Nelson. Least, I think thats what his name was.

In terms of the genre of movies about British working class yobs, "The Bank Job" is the best of all.

... or "Billy Elliot"!

Personally, there are some great indie working-class British films that I am sure none of you have seen because they have the ole gay undertones (or are blatently gay) of which "My Beautiful Launderette" is a good, but tame example.

 I was drunk when I started this thread.

Rob Roy is a good movie. Liam Neeson plays a Scot that exacts revenge against a British dandy.

Saw Schindler's List the other day. I can't believe many Jews say that man should have been put to death like the other war criminals.

Jews wanted Schindler put to death? I thought Schindler has always been well regarded in Israel and among other Jews. (As he should be)
