The Generallisimo sighed. “Fullarton, I have every reason to execute you here and now. I feel as though your, shall we say, subordinates near my homeland have become a nuisance and we have had to some work to clean them up.” OOC: Nothing in that threat really. But I’m wondering if a fast-track to the Philippine’s liberation could be considered. |

Fullarton rose to his feet, slowly, laughing, "You fat pig, give me one reason why I shouldn't split open your belly right this minute?" With that, the Pirate King drew his sabre, and his seconds all drew pistols, and stood by his side. |

Miyazaki remained in his seat, settling down Itō Shizuka and Aogami Piasu as they rose to draw their pistols. “The reason is that this is hardly the time or place. You might wish to slice me open, but my men here almost began a firefight that would have resulted in far too many casualties. Shizuki-san is probably better with his pistols than anyone you’ve ever met, and I’m willing to stake his title of Minister of War on that. Also, you’re extremely valuable to our struggle. Losing either of us would lead to a certain defeat of any resistance.” He waited for the pirates to make the next move. Itō had both of his pistols at the ready under the table, prepared to take out the Pirate King and whichever of his seconds had the best shot at Miyazaki. |

Drake Reed stood quickly between the 2 arguing parties. "We're here to unite against the Dominion. If we fight amongst ourselves before we've even gotten started, who's going to join the fight that really matters? Let's be civil and say what needs to be said. Personal buisness can be handled afterwards." |

The Assassin guards around the table chambered rounds into their rifles in unison. The sound in the room suddenly died out. Angel continued to sit, and spoke softly so the others would have to strain to hear. "Gentlemen, if you would please sit down. Regardless of what each of you has done to one another in the past, surely we have a bigger problem on our hands. Would you have rage and mindless violence blind you to the threat that lurks off the very shores of this island? The Dominion gentlemen, is the enemy here. Not one another." She waved her hand to the guards, who relaxed. She looked to the two squabbling leaders across the table with cold blue eyes. "Well?" Fullarton laughed a huge laugh, then said, "Valuable, are we? Ya here that maties, we be valuable! I always thought I was just a boil on yer ass!" He laughed again. "Gentlemen, this is no place for gunplay, put yer pistols away," and Fullarton put away his sabre. "You are a funny old fart, General-eee-see-moe!! Ma'am," he said, turning to Angel, "once again I must beg your forgiveness, and try to behave like a proper guest." Fullarton sat back down, rested his head on his crossed hands, and stared a black look across the table at Miyazaki. |

"No, violence is not my intention," Miyazaki said as Ito returned the pistols to their holsters. "Instead I would like to make financial offers to the King here, and any lackeys that I deem a threat. They cease hostilities against Chilsherdia indefinitely, and aid us in the war effort. In return, they get to be fully incorporated into our trade networks. One slip-up, or shall we say any act of piracy in the framework of the trade networks will result in capital punishment. It's a disagreeable offer, but assuming we gain a victory some day, somehow, business opportunities under us will be more profitable than anything they could imagine at this time," Miyazaki said, never taking his eyes off the Pirate King during the entire exchange.

"Did I just hear a fart? Oh, wait, it's the fat guy talking again. All right, I'll agree. No attacks against against Chilsherdian flagged ships by mates UNDER MY CONTROL. Ye know there be plenty of rogue pirates not under my control, but in this matter, ye have me word. Just make damn sure your fleet flies their damned flags! And damned be ye if ye don't leave my mates alone as well. Fair enough." Fullarton continued with the black stare, but you could see his shoulders relax. |

Miyazaki's stern look melted into a knowing smile. "I will take your word as an agreement between allies," he said, relaxing as well. "Reeds-san, I was hoping to get an idea of how strong your territories anti-Dominion movement was? Once things get moving I feel as though securing a powerbase in Asia will be important, from Menhad to our hosts." |

friends Yu though to himself with a humorous grin on his face as he entered the room. He wore a mask of cloth over the right side of his face which obscured his identity but not enough that most could not point him out as Chinese (Dynastian). He wasn't sure what sort of reception would be made when he entered the room, but given that he had made it this far without delay, he assumed he was relatively welcomed. "My name is Yu Conn, I am the Imperial son and heir to the Eastern Empire" said Yu. "Of course there's not much of an Empire left for me to inherit at the moment....' Again a grin came to his face though at times it was hard, given his disfigurement at the hands of Bastian Gassel. Still he fought through the pain and smiled as he look at his hostess. "..much like another monarch I have come to meet." Sly remark indeed, Yu took his seat and awaited the conference to begin. Edited by NRE, Jun 7 2009, 05:04 PM.

"The TAADM has an sophisticated communication network crisscrossing the island. We are made up entirely by civilian volunteers, politicans persecuted by Dominion, and military deserters who refused to fight alongside the Dominion." He paused to see how that would go over, then continued on, "Deserters bring what they can, and we've been capable of raiding various arsenals for more weapons and ammunition. Our greatest advantage, however, is that Telosan sided with Dominion out of self-preservation. That doesn't make it a popular choice. Most citizens will hide us, police forces will look the other way, and my contacts in the military assure me that much of the armed forces would turn given the chance." "To liberate Telosan, we have to liberate the military for reinforcements and supplies. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no power past our own islands. I have other representatives here who could go into much more detail, but we don't need to hear that now." After a moment's pause, a map of Asia sprang to mind and Drake quickly added, "Though all of us wish to be liberated, I beleive acting in Telosan first would be more beneficial. We are centralized to a several other members of this conference. The Assasins being the only free land in Asia, our staging point would likely be here. It's a short distance away to Telosan, and a liberated Telosan allows close proxmity to Menhad and Chilsherdia." |

OOC: Has anyone noticed the Filipino beauty ads? The four Orgienist had sat quietly, chanting and rubbing their prayer beads. Those beads had been rubbed thin. The leader of the four was named Irgien, and as he stood, his impressive 6'8 frame rose out of the robes. "The Lord has deemed it necessary to test our faith, but he has also deemed it necessary to teach us humility, that is why we have come. Our lands have been besieged by Dominion and Telosanti forces. Our forces have been almost pushed into the sea, but thanks to the Lords grace, we have been able to stem the tide. The Menhadien Asian Fleet still remains in our ports, some 400 ships, that the Lord has provided. Our Lord decrees that we must free the most powerful assets in the area first if we are to be successful, and the Menhadien Asian Fleet is perhaps the most powerful, trapped, asset. Our Lord has provided challenges so that we can over come and become purer through our actions. Our lord will lead us to victory, and those that fall, heaven." He sat, and the other monks muttered "Amen" Edited by Menhad, Jun 7 2009, 11:38 PM.

"May I just interject something here?" Without waiting for a reply Drake continued, "Telosan was acting out of self-preservation. Had we not done so, Telosan would've been decimated in a matter of weeks. The Telosanti forces act on Dominion orders, we only directly control a small portion for self-defense." "Besides, past acts are in the past. If we can assist in liberating Menhad, then would you care at all that we assisted in conquering it?" After a slight awkward pause, Drake muttered, "maybe that wasn't the best way to put it..." |

Miyazaki spoke up. "Drake-san, Telosan Asia will of course be a critical target for our forces. Currently, I wish to drive Dominion, and Dominion-friendly forces from the island very early. However, Zapht would quickly recognize a near split in Asia. If we are to hold, with our current numbers then we will need to make our lands a defensive line that cannot be punched through. Porcuian Oceania will need to be dismantled as well, but such a move will need to be relied on later, as far as I can tell. The fascists who once fought the Dominion made allies with them far more quickly than their people would like, and the isle itself may fall with lesser resistance, should we find opportunity to land forces there." Referring to the map, he continued. "I do warn that Kasnyia and Eleytheria will be extremely quick retaliate." |

Suddenly, King Fullarton recieved a ring on his cell. He took a look and saw a familiar number. A very familiar number. Picking up the call, "Why Hello Gassel y'old bastard, what can I do for you?" And with that, the whole room stopped talking and looked to Fullarton, "I was throwing a gala at my son's estate in Bahen," Gassel said over the phone, "Why are you not present?" OOC- I post at NH's invitation. Take it away NH. |

"Ahh, my dear friend, I am so sorry. Very busy keeping the oceans free of riff-raff, you know." King Fullarton looks around the room, smiling wickedly, "there might be someone here that would like to talk with you, hold on a minute." The King puts his phone on hold, "Anyone here want to say a word or two to Gassel, while I have him on the phone?" He then slides the phone accross the table to Miyazaki, "how about you, fat boy?" |

"Funny," Gassel replied, enjoying the irony, "Your dear pirate friend beside you has seen his profits turn one hundred fold ever since I gave him the world's oceans on a silver platter to be his oyster." "Anything and everything. At the moment I'm working to buy off his pirates, and crush the ones he can't control. War is... tedious though. I would rather save the funds and equipment and buy a territory. You seem to be a reasonable man. How much would it be for one of infamous navies?
