True, but I just wanted to say that the Dominion is not everything in this game, hell there have been a lot of things here which have been more glorious and funny than the Dominion .
P.s : Sorry Toussaint

Its not a matter of funny or glorious, mere fact instead. And the fact that you threw an insult at me where it was uncalled for more shows your own flaws rather than mine.

No, simply I wrote the first answer in a moment of inpatience .
What I wanted simply to express, was an invitation to read the national description before leaving any message .
For example I have nevery expressed myself on the Kasnyan history, simply because I found it too ancient and complicated for having a noob like me to write about it .
If you want to discuss the role and identity of Marslava, you are welcome, but first please read the nation description and history, in order to avoy more misunderstandings .

Kasnyia and the Dominion are not the same entity. Do not mistaken it as such. And you should follow your own advice, regarding earlier posts of yours. Also, impatience does not excuse you for launching into insults.

Either the both of you should apologize to one another or simply refrain from replying to one another, this thread isn't about discussing right or wrong its about requesting Templates.

Kas; Alberto can declare his "independence" to whomever he prefers, debating it OOC is fruitless and redundant. And your persistence alone is enough to demand an apology. Let it go so we can all move on.

Alberto; No hurling insults, wise-ass comments etc. as people may (justifiably) take it the wrong way, most especially in such an unjoking tone. Simply state your business and continue. Again, an apology here would also be a constructive start.

We're all civilized Gentlemen here. Lets keep to those civilized principles.

Here's another thing I'd like to see revived. The info panels were good looking and condensed a good amount of basic things someone would need to know about a nation.

I can't find the main thread anymore, though.

ED's link back on the first page shows up as an 'ERROR'. Was it deleted?

Unfortunately, Nag had deleted the entire dictionary on accident. He was able to retrieve some of the data, but the damage was pretty extensive. As I was the only one working on the templates and my schedule iffy, I haven't gotten around to redoing it all. Thus, the project is currently suspended and will have to be relaunched from scratch. It is, however, a project I wish to revive in the near future.

I had thought you made them with MSPaint. Can you teach me how through PMs? I'd love to help, plus it'd give some more experience with the program.

 Oh, if only it really were that easy. I tried using nothing but MSPaint when the template layout itself was done, but that proved impossible due to one simple fact- Transparency. Since MSPaint cannot handle transparency of any sort at all, I had to rely on a program called GIMP (Link) to do the real lifting. It is free, so cost isn't an issue. The main problem is learning the program from scratch, as it is FAR more complicated than MSPaint will ever be.

Still, NRE was a neophyte to GIMP and from the latest images I've seen him rack out, he's gotten the hang of it pretty quickly.

If your still interested, then I suppose I could train you in the arts of templating. I'll need to craft a new template design, but that shouldn't take long at all, and from there I'll let you tweak with it a bit.

I few people, myself included, would like to see this project jumpstarted again in the future. I was asking as a way of seeing who would be immediately disposed to help by having some familiarity with GIMP.

If ED or someone else wants to pick this back up, I'll pin it.
