Reply from the Great Council of Al Qalaa As-Salaam Malaikum, brothers of the Faith! The Great Council has ratified your proposal, and I am personally ecstatic at the idea of an pact of alliance between the Muslim states of the world. God willing, our new friendship may spread the Prophet's (PBUH) word far across the lands of the infidel. Come to Al Qalaa, brother, or send a representative, that we may discuss the terms of your alliance. Your brother in kind, Emir Muhammad Shah Qajar of Al Qalaa EDIT: Karvonistan, you are invited too! Posted Image In name of God(GTHMH) the mercyfull, the compassionate. My lord, the sultan, offer the city of Teheran as Head Quarter of the Brotherhood. Teheran is little but is nearly in the middle of Makuran and nearly to the same distance from Al Quaala and Karvonistan. |

Your proposal is acceptable. For the terms of the alliance, we would suggest: 1) Immediate military aid in the event of a foreign attack 2) Economic partnership; tariffs between member states will be removed 3) Exchange of embassies 4) Pledge to support each other member financially or otherwise in event of disaster, natural or economic. |

"Excellent." Emir Qajar signs for Al Qalaa on the official treaties, 5 exact copies of the same document, and stamps his tughra (seal) next to his name to validate the treaty. |

Within the next week, at the Sultan's request, Al Qalaa began to send expert mechanics and machinists north into Makuran, to jump-start the industrialization process in that country. Slowly, the Makuran laborers and Qalaa'i engineers lay the hundreds of miles of tracks, first from Al Qalaa to Tehran, from Tehran to Samarqand, and from Samarqand back down to Karachi in Pakistan. It was backbreaking, expensive work, but the rail network began to slowly grow across Makuran. OOC: This process should probably take a couple of years before it's completely finished. IC: In the larger cities, however, generous Qalaa'i entrepreneurs helped Makurans build their own factories to make their own machines, installed coal plants to light the people's homes with electricity, and gave work to thousands of impoverished Turks. The Emir also decided to sell modern bolt-action Qasr rifles to his new Makuran allies, to defend themselves from the bandits and warlords who raided Makuran's villages from outside the country. |

Makuran thanks its ally!!! Makurani posters in all Makuran Makurani engeneer soon took bolt-action Qasr rifles and started to copied them. The first factory to open is in Teheran and is a state property: it is the Aryani Rifle and Arms Industry(ARAI). "To partecipate to this cooperation, Makuran will send to Al Qaala a lot of his finest spices and started the boild of a canal from lake Urmia to Tigris" -- Jafar Al-Tabari |
