I have no plans on further colonies, but I think having an African country start a colony would be an interesting twist/a decent RP. I have the current economic ability to support it, and I have the recent declaration on colonial stuff in Africa that I'd adhere to. I think it's feasible. I brought this up several months ago I think but nothing really came of it. Opinions?
