OOC: It hard to carry out this IC. Right now I'm waiting for Nag and NH to explain his vote. But I don't think TC is scum. He at least, is trying to act wild to get attention, but his scummy-ness is low on my scale. Here is my list (In no real order) Nag NH Quaon Siad |

OOC: If Siadhail's silence is conspicuous, it's because IRL is cutting into his NSWR time, or so I hear. |

No not really. I just want to hear his reasoning behind that vote. And besides Nag has been scummy seeming, voting for what it seems like a random person. |

OOC: Yeah, sorry guys. I've been really out of it for the past few days, between sickness and other things. Didn't even notice this was back on. IC: Siadhail finally rose from his room in the afternoon. He had no hangover, but this was of course due to him oversleeping. "Wow..." he said upon seeing RD's body. "Who the hell did this? I swear, if it was that TC fellow, I'll kill him myself." Vote: TC |

Harumf looks at the marine who looks accusingly at him. He then looks back at the cute bartender, Nag, and smiles. Then back at the marine, and frowns. Finally, he stands up and says, "Dammit, musclehead, quit looking at me like that! I know you are wondering why I voted for the phony bartender, Leb, so I'll tell you. First, he is a phony, right off the bat! Second, look at him, his eyes are close together. A sure sign of guilt. Third, well, if you must know, I tried to pick him up last night and he blew me off! Quit looking at me that way. Damn it, I've got to vote for someone, and, well, I just think he is likely as anyone to be guilty, so sue me." He then sits down, looks toward Nag, and blows a little kiss. Then he says, "Besides, TC seems like a strong investigator and has a better mind than most of us here, so I'd rather vote for someone making no real contributions to the investigation. Yeah, I probably should have voted for that bull dike over there who probably rode here on a Harley. "Dikes on Bikes" if ya know what I mean. Yech!" |

Certainly Menhad: I don't know who to vote for. Hence, I'm voting for someone who I do not truly suspect to see how they and everyone else reacts. Your reaction and Leb's I'm taking as not scummy. NH's reaction I'm taking as mildly scummy. Everyone else is extremely suspicious for not wanting a random kill yesterday but not minding the suggestion today. Note, I did not cast a no-vote "yesterday" and was quite put out when the day ended without giving me the chance to vote for someone. I thought I had a better plan which I typed up in a hurry (before anyone says "Nag's being quiet! Lynch him!" I'm even more busy now than I was last game). I think that a day one no vote isn't as scummy as some people seem to believe, but a quick end to the day isn't a good thing. Given the total lack of information on people to vote for, I voted for IC reasons which is a helluva lot better than voting for random reasons. I have no intention (at this time) of changing my vote. Were I mafia, I'd have said that your wild accusation against me is scummy given your pushing for a kill yesterday and I would have switched my vote to you - or TC as he certainly seems to be set for a lynching. But I am not mafia. If someone makes themselves a good target, they can expect my vote to switch to them. As things stand, I'm still voting for IC/random reasons alone - against Leb. As I said last game, we need someone to organise the town. Doesn't really matter if this person is mafia or not - so long as they get people talking. I don't want to be it. I went for Leb because we've got nothing to go on. People are going for me because I went for Leb for no reason. This is perfectly normal Day 1 lynching behaviour and not at all scummy ('course if Leb is mafia, then I knew it all along and you guys really should listen to me). By this point Claire was quite sure that everyone in this Inn was insane. They kept talking about "last game" and some mythical being named "Python." Having already cast her vote in favor of None Of The Above, she no longer felt obliged to listen to their nonsense, and so retreated to her room where she spent the rest of the day getting stoned. |

Unvote Nag Vote NH Alright I've heard Nag's reply, and it seems to make some damn sense. But I'm curious as to who you find Scummy so far? NH, its your turn, I want an OOC reason. Also E, really you need to try and stay in this discussion, bandwagoning isn't the only way to seem scummy. Edited by Menhad, Dec 5 2008, 06:16 PM.

OOC: Reason was almost completely IC. Leb's character bruised my character's ego, and my character band-wagoned with Nag because he's got the hots for Nag. The small part of me that is reacting OOC is first, somewhat convinced that the odds of TC being mafia twice in a row are limited, plus, knowing he was mafia last game I was able to pay real close attention to what he said and why - and I am seeing a big difference. Leb just seems like a good random choice because he is playing carefully in the middle. Right now, my prime choice is the stoned broad, Claire (E) - not killing anyone is the greatest Mafia advantage there is. I may switch my vote if I see any drift in that direction. IC: "Bitch," Harumf thought, as the lesbian headed back to her room to get stoned. "You think she'd share her weed. What a selfish bimbo." |

In that case, I change my vote: Unvote Leb Vote Esternarx Why? The only person still voting "No one" is, to me, the most likely to be Mafia. |

Out of weed and tired of masturbating, Claire decided to go back downstairs and watch more mob justice in action. As she listened, she was starting to wonder if she was the only sane person left in this place. What was all this nonsense about IC and OOC? Then, suddenly, she remembered her dream. "Goddammit! We're all just puppets being controlled by some fucking nerd at a computer somewhere!? This whole thing is just some sick game..." She sat down at the bottom of the stairs, trying to clear her head. It couldn't be true... It was just a dream... And yet, the evidence was getting stronger every minute. The mob seemed poised to lynch her, despite her clearly stated intentions of non-aggression. They seemed to think her lack of bloodthirstiness was somehow evidence of her guilt. But it was her conscience that prevented her from blindly casting a vote for more death. And yet, are these people really alive? Or are they just the digital hallucinations of some nerd's over-active imagination? And if so, would voting to kill one of them be immoral? She would have to think about this for a while. UNVOTE: NOBODY |

Accidentally refreshed the page and lost it (along with half of Nag's Notepad above). Very glad that E changed his vote because it would have been soul destroying to have to have typed that all out again. Edited by Nag Ehgoeg, Dec 7 2008, 02:28 PM.

CLEVELAND ROCKS!

Good stuff Nag... Now for anyone who is unlike me (addicted to COD4 online right now), go through like Nag did and see what he "missed"... If we find a lot, we can reason pretty well that he is Mafia.. And of course the people he is hiding in such a case is also mafia... If he didn't miss much, we can assume he is a townie; or a heck of a lot smarter than me and just playing us. Preferably we have a few people look back through the post (who aren't as lazy as me) that way we can be sure that the person posting isn't just makin' stuff up to get a false townie lynch...... My vote against RD was pretty much a mean of dissuasion, I did not intent to lynch him (and in the end I did not). I am not bandwagoning against TC, I'm merely voting for the most suspicious person right now. |
