Beelzebub Posts: 377 Group: Members Member #412 Joined: February 8, 2008	The Roxey Inn sits nestled in a snowy valley somewhere high in the Colorodo Rockies. Outside, a lone chairlift creaks up the mountainside, while inside, a fire roars nearby the hand-carved tables in the restaurant. One man sits alone at the bar, except for his beer, as a young couple comes in, just off the slope. The old bartendender tries in vain to clean the spots from a glass, as the owner, an apparently wealthy businessman sporting a sizeable cowboy hat and an even larger gut, greets the young couple personally. The TV is on mute, or else some of them might be worried about the dangerous-looking red patches moving across the weather map of the state. The next morning, the residents of the inn awake to find snow drifted high against the one-story building - above the windows in most places. Even worse, the power and phone lines have been damaged by the storm, and there's no telling when they'll be restored to working order. While there is an initial panic, the owner is cool and collected, and soon has the guests calmed down and a new fire lit in the fireplace for warmth. There are more than enough supplies to last until the roads are clear, so everyone agrees to just wait out the weather in the comfort of the lodge. It is now NIGHT ONE. Night will end when the game is full.

Edit: LOVE the setting as well..... I saw snow again today here in Athens, and started reallyyyy want to go skiing... A trip out west! Just like that, BAM, setting here. Should be fun. And I have to do more job applications. I figure that after the obssessive way I followed and focused on the first round, I can lay back a bit for this one and just enjoy it without worrying too much. But I'm pretty obsessive by temprement, so you may be right.
