That would be a bit repetitive, but it would make sense. Russia would want to reclaim its old territory, and it would have the Roman Empire to back it. I can hold together the Empire's war effort before and after I'm on vacation, but during, someone else is going to have to take reins. I'm sure you'll find other allies, too. Just so everyone knows, I am up to take up the war effort, but like I said, can't be around during that vacation, which is Dec 15 to Jan 12. We'll work out a plan, I'm sure. |

I intend to kick off the middle eastern campaign during winter break, since that is when I will have time to actually RP a full campaign. That gives me just enough time to finish off the Asian campaign (now that Europe has setlled into stalemate) and get some RPing done with spies. Nag- What needs to happen with Project Bothan. I can help out a bit if you want. Same with the Outsider. |

I without CNNP don't found fun in run the Hapsburg war in America, so i'm waiting for him and since both Hungary and NAN are involved(my two major nation) i found my self unable to play more to this i should add the little time i have to create something new... |

Actually Russia is currently still in a civil war of sorts. I actually it would work better for me if both Georgian states were conquered as it would give me an excuse to overthrow another government, again highlighting the volatile and unstable nature of this fragile region. |

Bothan needs... 1) Some internal politics and intrigue... which I can't be bothered to think up 2) Something for the other players to do so they can work towards the goals of their characters 3) A few plot twists before the anti-climatic reveal of Project Bothan 4) A Dominion invasion of Swiss Nag Ehgoeg It's really a lot better for me to put it back in it's box maybe start an RP after the Dominion war - "During the Great Dominion war, a small band of Nagian Scientists developed the ultimate weapon - but before they had the chance to use it, they were invaded and the plans were lost. Now XXXX begins the search for the secrets of Project Bothan in order to XXXX." The Outsider is a lot more simple. All that needs is for the Outsider to have a reason to show up some place and inspire people to fight the Dominion. All the internal Nag Ehgoeg stuff is sorted (baring one key point that is critical to the future of Nag Ehgoeg but currently entirely dependent on Scythirus - though any well established royal line with an eligible young woman could do instead). I'm trying to develop Africa, and Kas has definitely managed to help, and the Itaqullah topic has definitely been a big help (thanks to Al Q!) It's moving along nicely, and I think it'll be ready for some more overt conflict very soon. I hope no one's minding the fact that I'm running a lot of the continental affairs right now :dry: |

I also have not done anything since the Dominion War in Asia started. I would get involved in that, but realistically my nation would meet with decimation from NE next door. I'm always up for a good diplomacy roleplay...maybe some involvement in a war. I also think I chose a bad place to put my country, since I am so far from everything. Location, location, location. :angry: |

Old Ulgania would want to crush colonies. Modern Ulgania doesn't mind as long as the host country is willing to actually benefit the continent somehow (economic and defense agreements with other countries). Might go for an RP along those lines if you're willing |

If you still haven't killed off the Hegemony by January, I could carry on with those assassinations. Myself, I don't see myself having any activity until January, unfortunately. I've been sick, been swamped with work, and I'll probably be leaving for home early (sometime next week). Though actually, I could get some RP in while I'm in Louisiana (should be between the 12th and 20th at least). That's enough time to write a novel on here if you're up to it. :P |

I would say this thread is becoming more or less one for the discussion of future ideas. Well, I am coming up with plans for all five of my nations: those being Sedulion, Riocht Eire, Inanisi, Sibiriya, and a new one you guys haven't met: Tsentavra. All are over 1 billion population (except for that last one, which is close). And yes, I fully intend to keep RPing these even after our NS2 RPs go in full swing (unless the forum switches to NS2 completely, which I highly doubt will happen. Am I right guys?). I am going to in some ways completely go against my former plans since I never had the time for those, or they just didn't work out. Sedulion and Riocht Eire, as many of you know, are under the control of the ONS (Ordú Naomh Siadhail), being counted by game mechanics as one nation and thus sharing an army. Sedulion is under Roman jurisdiction (the empire formed between Quaon's Cyprus, RD's Roman provinces, and my Sedulion, which is IC Syria). I can't make much of a move without the approval RD and Quaon as such. Whenever I get back into action, I will wish to start a war, or participate in one if one is ongoing in the Middle East. To RD and Quaon, if you guys are able to get the Roman Empire active in a war during my absence, you have full permission to use the ONS forces deployed in Syria to full effect. Note that Vallinius is Syria's Landmaster, and that Wilhelm is the Order Marshal of ONS Syrian deployment. Also, note that the old War of a Fallen Brother hasn't quite been summed up. I hope to get that done by the end of the year somehow. It only needs a few more posts. Coordinating with Uka on that one. It's end will be pretty awesome. Side note to RD, we haven't had a good chat in a while. We ought to next time we're both able. I'm actually going to be going to St. Louis for Spring Break to see that girl I know there. Maybe we could hang out too. :lol: Riocht Eire is fully under the control of Ard Ri Stiofan, the Grandmaster of the ONS. He rules it like a democracy, but keeps control of the military forces to ensure Ireland's safety. He's a benevolent dictator of sorts. Right now Ireland is locked in civil war, somewhat oblivious of the events around it. Telosan and I are RPing this one. Unless the knights really kick ass this time, they'll need some help. HCI's Wales was meant to be the ally, but since he has been inactive for a while, I'll probably need someone else's help. Menhad is locked in conflicts with the Dominion, and the Holy Roman Empire are having problems with them as well. However, any help by either faction will be returned in kind. I'll likely need to turn to the Roman Empire for this one, though. Either that, or really RP Stiofan as some sort of modern day Rommel with supersoldiers at his disposal (which is actually kind of the deal, but not quite). In any case, the key person needed for this RP is Telosan. Most of this was already known/expected. Sorry to make this post so long, but this does help me get a good idea of where I'm going on here. Hopefully it gets other people's creative juices flowing as well. I need to write a couple of speeches as it is, and writing all this will get my juices flowing. :P As I once said to RD, this forum enriches the creativity of your mind. Moving on to Inanisi. I know I've said I was goinf to get rid of this one. I at one point was even going to conquer it with ONS forces. This may happen someday, but I plan to draw their rivalry out. Some of you may have noticed that Inanisi has expanded without an RP. I fully plan to RP that expansion when I get the time. Remember that this nation has over 1 billion people with 46% defense spending, is a nation run by some sort of assassin order (though even I don't really know if that's true), which is led by Stiofan's former brother-in-arms (Inanis Sicarus) who is in nearly all ways his opposite. I plan to get this nation more and more active in international incidents, both through covert operations and major military operations. Keep in mind Inanis has his own goals in mind, and has no interest in joining some sort of axis of evil (such as the Dominion). However, he would enter his nation into certain organizations to keep up appearances. I hope to involve Inanisi in any major war that breaks out in Africa, and perhaps even eventually have him take on the Roman Empire. Remember, all wars fought by Inanisi are all about manipulation of world events. Inanis would not necessarily consider victory in all things essential. He needs certain goals fulfilled, and that is all. Talked about mostly plot in that last one, but meh. Next up is Sibirya. I pretty much gave this to Kas since it's part of the Dominion. We all know the Dominion won't last forever, so what will happen to Sibiriya after it falls? Sorry if I overstep my authority in talking about events so far ahead. I plan to make Sibiriya either the ultimate communist state, or the ultimate corrupt state. I'm leaning to the latter. Sedulion is already pretty damn socialist and I need some variation. I'll probably go into crazy Red Alert like things with Sibirya. Not RA2 or RA3 crazy, but original RA crazy. (Yes, I'm talking about Command and Conquer games suddenly.) I wanted to make a nation that felt Soviet to the extreme, so that means propaganda, the color Red, the People's Army, things of that nature. I'll wait for a go ahead from Kas before I make any kind of break away from the Dominion, which I wouldn't plan to do until the World War has run its course. Aside to Kas, we haven't had a nice chat in a while either. How have your zeppelins been coming along? :lol: And finally, Tsentavra. I was always hoping to put this into some kind of space alternate universe on the forum. Of course, those alt forums have a tendency to die, and I'm already involved with the Star Wars RP, which had been going swimmingly until I went inactive (sorry about that one guys, I will be back strong and swinging in January as with the rest of these ideas). The Mandalorians are all the awesomeness I need in a space empire, so I think I'll bring Tsentavra to NSWR. I've ruled it quite differently than my other nations, being usually classified some sort of Moralistic Democracy. Tsentavra is Russian for Centauri. It was originally a copy of my Centauri Republic from a game my brother and I came up with. It was to be a space empire based off of Byzantine, Russian, and German culture, and a government system consisting of an Emperor and dukes, with grand forums akin to those of ancient Greece as their legislative equivalents (which I incorporated a little bit into Sedulion in its early days). It was to have ships sort of like Star Destroyers from Star Wars, though if you could see the designs, you could see they're very unique. Let's just say it involves a crescent back end. There's no reason I couldn't set up something like that in the Americas. It'd be somewhat of a Neo-Orthodox Empire, and it'd have a highly modernized society. Its troops and architecture I can see as somewhat like the Combine of Half-Life 2 (though I've been playing that game way too much lately, admittedly. Good stress relief.), and somewhat like the Empire of Star Wars, There'd still be a somewhat Byzantine styling to everything. And plenty of silly hats among the aristocracy. :P Unfortunately, I probably would be able to get away with the awesome starships... :( Meh, that's what navies are for. Trimarine hulls! Anyways, that's pretty much it for that. I won't be doing much of any of this until January, but I hope this helps get a flow of ideas going, and gives reassurance that I will be taking a very active role here in the future. I know I haven't been the best guy I could be on here all the time, but you'll get better from me in the times coming up. ;) |
