Considering how unreliable the NS Wiki is, I though about creating an NS wiki for us. The problem is that hosting this would require someone here running a dedicated website. Some cheap ones exist, that should be more than enough space, for about 5-6$ a month, which I would happily pay or contribute to. I just suck as a web admin, and don't understand it at all. Would someone be willing to run the site/host the wiki, and have members contribute to funding it? :shy: Just an idea. |

I wouldnt mind helping to admin it, but I cant fund it. I dont have any credit cards.

We could even use it for the NS2 factbooks. ^^ I could scrounge up enough to pay for this myself, but I don't have a credit card, and with the current situation, I probably won't for a few years. I could definately mail someone cash, though, as a reimbursement for paying for a server. |

You can require users to register before editing. Also, the internet is huge. The chances of some idiot strutting in are low. Besides, the software archives every change, so you can revert if vandalism does occur. |
