I know that the Hegemony government wouldn't exactly be privy to it, but I suggested it mostly due to the general neutrality they put forward. Then again, most of my experience is with Africa and the Middle East. I don't know of many neutral entities that are active enough to be considered as well as agreeable to people in IC terms. |
