He's a good kid (although a /b/tard) and if we play our cards right, we might get him to join the forum, actually. His name in-game is Rise. I know for sure Russia is empty, there may be others. If we're able to move out to an empty country, we could be able to take control of it, with everyone within the party we create guaranteed a spot in congress, and one person to be the President.
