She's been fully vetted by the Republicans. Nothing to fear there. Her sister's ex was causing problems for her sister - she asked his boss (he was a state trooper) to tell him to back off, and the ex shouted she tried to get him fired. Total BS.

Probably America and Italy have in commun the worst political class of this world .
Maybe it's just that the political class is a sham and the two particulars that you know the most about are nothing more than examples of the scum that automatically gathers when presented with the opportunities for control that the existence of a political class offers.

Not that I think it should carry much weight in the election, but you all heard that Palin's eldest daughter is 5 months pregnant yes? They say she's going to marry the father, whom they're only IDing as Levi. My only question is........

WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY GETTING THESE NAMES?

Bristol (the name of a speed track), Levi, trig......whatever happen to Bob or John

Na I'm just joshin, though they certainly are the average norm.

I don't know about the origins of "Bristol" or "Trig," as Palin seems to have deliberately chosen non-conventional names for her children. However, "Levi" is an old-fashioned Biblical name.

I fully support people using good old roman names for their children. I want to see Tiberius, Commodus, Cicero, Attia and all the good names like that. I want to see them make a comeback. B)

Trig - old Norse for "strong".
Trig's middle name - Paxson - small town in Alaska - and my last name! :D
Track - Oldest son, born during Track Season!
Bristol - Bristol Bay, Alaska, small fishing village.
The other two have equally explainable names, tho right now I forget what they are.

You know speaking of names and since this topic has never really be "on topic" I have always wanted more than one middle name. I don't know why, but I've always wanted this long-winded name...to me they just sound more sophisticated I guess and it makes me feel like I am back to the old days of the Southern aristocracy

Just toss in a "Bauregard" and you'll be fine!
