Typhoon Mishu, which was upgraded from Tropical Storm earlier this week, has now been upgraded to Super Typhoon. Estimated diamater is 2,723 km, with sustained winds at 190 mph, currently 34 miles north of Vanuatu, heading north by northwest toward Kiru Tao. We urge all inhabitants of the North West Pacific to evacuate at once. Those who cannot or will not, we urge caution and to take cover. More updates as information is recieved. Super Typhoon Mishu movig at steady pace toward Taiwan. Outer rain bands are releasing 6 inches of rain per day. Advise strong caution.
