Official Statement from Riocht Eire The Brotherhood of Saint Siadhail accusses the Domain of Inanisi of terrorism. Ten destroyers, five transports, and one dreadnought were sunk or destroyed by unknown stealth attackers during our escort of the immigration fleet to Eire. The death toll is over ten thousand. Our intelligence branch believes Inanic Military to be responsible for the act. We proprose a cooperative investigation into the incident and increased patrols of the African coast and the Atlantic to prevent any more similar incidents. If it is proven Inanisi is responsible, we will launch a retaliatory strike at Inanisi, and ask that the world community put trade sanctions on Inanisi. -------------------- -Private Communication- Stiofan: You bastard. That strike was out of line. What the hell are you thinking? Ten thousand dead. Ten thousand. I never agreed to anything like this, Jack. Inanis: You forget how the game is played, dear brother. I have to make a convincing opposition, thus killing your people is perfect! Stiofan: No, it's not. Those were innocent people you murdered! You better hope I don't find you, or... Inanis: Or what? You'll kill me? You need me, Stiofan. Without me, you wouldn't have any of this. Stiofan: Maybe that was true, but I don't need you or any of this anymore. Inanis: What are you saying? You're finally giving up on world domination? Amazing! Stiofan: Enough, Jack. You've gone too far this time. *click* Inanis: Stiofan? -------------------- Official Statement from Inanisi Inanisi advises the world community to ignore the Riocht Eire's statement. The Brotherhood has no proof of our involvement in that incident and has formed its intelligence only on inference. We hereby announce trade sanctions against the rogue states of Sedulion and Riocht Eire for this insult. |

Statement from the Foriegn Minstry of the Dominion Why should the world concern themselves with anti-colonialist actions in Europe? What proof is there to Riocht Eire's allegations and even why should the world fight the Irish's battles for them? The Dominion, while certainly not supportive of Inanisi, does not see them as a threat to anyone but the Irish. |

Official Statement from Riocht Eire Perhaps the Dominion has no need to be concerned, but other nations of the Atlantic surely must be concerned at such a threat. The Brotherhood is familiar with Inanic tactics. They disappeared as fast as they struck, thus no physical evidence could be obtained, but as stated, we know their ways. We at least believe a level of caution should be taken near the west African coastline and at the mouth of the Mediterranean. These were no mere pirates. We will at least warn of the danger we know Inanisi poses, and if others choose not to believe us, then let them see what time has to tell. -------------------- Official Statement from Inanisi We laugh at the Brotherhood's fanciful imagination. We are merely businessmen. We have no interest in Ireland or Sedulion, thus why would we strike at them? So far they have only insulted us, thus they are blocked from trade. We await further entertainment from the Irish. |
