The Drax assaults had lasted weeks but they finally broke through in Electrostal. It had been a costly delay, they had lost many a soldier in this dead city, it would be questionable if the city could be rebuilt after the destruction and fighting seen on the former streets and squares of the city. Finally tanks rolled through the city center, they had broken the main russian defenses, now pockets of resistance remained, but in time they would either give up and surrender, or die.

The drax had finally accomplished what they needed to do, create a channel through the blob of cities on the doorstep of Moscow. Now they had cut the blob in half and separated a great deal of russian resistance while also opening up a channel towards the capital and last stand of Yusupov. It would by no means be easy to hold this channel open, but the hunt for the usurper was about to begin.

The Battle of Tver

The battle for Tver had now been raging for four days with no clear victor in sight. Paul and his loyalist forces had managed through almost impossible odds to finally get within the heart of the city. Now fully engaged in urban warfare, with each corner a sure end to some soldier who dared to make the pass, their early victory seemed distant memories. Tanks and artillery found it the most difficult to get into the city to serve any great role in the campaign as streets were blocked by debris and anti-tank teams seemed everywhere. An air strike seemed also as unlikely as getting to their anti-air positions was not proving to be a obtainable goal. For the loyalists every inch they secured was like winning the entire war as the costs for such victories were proving to be heavier than expected.

On the opposite side of the war, the Usurper forces were taking causalities and set backs of their own. They never imaged the loyalist forces were make it into the city itself. They worked hard on the cities outer defenses and loosing them to the loyalists was a crushing blow to the morale of the troops and the confidence of the senior command staff. It took them some time to come to grips with the losses they had sustained and in such time the loyalist gained important ground in the city. Regardless of those gains however, Usurper forces were able to regroup and instigate their second walls of defense. The city back a chess board for both sides but the Usurpers seemed to be closer to check mate than the loyalists.

Paul himself was stations in a church basement several yards from the capital building of Tver and the command bunker of the Usurper forces. The area around the church had been hit hard by enemy shelling however the church had remained unharmed. Though told to be targets by Yusupov himself Russians, regardless of sides, were too deeply rooted to the church to ever consider it a target and many found that their greatest and sometimes only fault with Yusupov was his criticism and disposition of the Patriarch. It was that act that put the church back on the side of the Romanovs and allowed Paul to always find a safe harbor in the basement or crypt of the church.

Hovering over maps as dusts came down all around him due to the constant rattling of the earth by the shelling, Paul had to find a way to break through these defense and find a way to victory. Everywhere he looked though he saw the markings of enemy positions and enemy blockades. They had patched and sealed every hole that could have ever existed in the wall of Tver, allowing the Usurper forces to fall back on a strategy of outlasting their enemy. If they could accomplish that then Paul knew that it would be an assured victory of Yusupov. He had to find away into the inner core of Tver. At the same time the Tsar was having to constantly stay in contact with his loyalist pilots back in St. Petersburg who were eager to get into the air.

The constantly return message of the Tver situation was frustrating many of the younger pilots and worrying many of the veterans. The veterans understood that this stale mate in the progression of the battle of Tver could very well lead to defeat if something wasn't done soon. This was especially apparent to Colonels Feodor Chistyakov and Pavel Harlamoff who since flight school had been the best of friends. They had both served in wars before the formation of the Russian Empire and were both highly decorated. Both had stayed loyal to the Romanov since the usurpation and eagerly joined Paul when he liberated St. Petersburg. Now the two men were ready to lead the younger generation in the fight to reclaim the Russia they deserved.

Feodor sat on a set of tires at the end of the hanger looking over a picture of his granddaughter as Pavel approached him.

"I've seen that look on your face before" said Pavel "you and I have known each other too long for me not to my old friend."

"You do know me to well Pavel" said Feodor turning his attention "and that said I think we both know what needs to happen."

"You have a plan Feodor?" asked Pavel.

"Look at those young pilots over there" said Feodor "they have so much career ahead of them. They, like our grandchildren, deserve a Russia to go home to after this war, a Russia to be proud of. Us old men have served our time, had a good life, and now deserve to give something up for the future. Tver isn't a campaign that's going to be won on foot alone, someone has to take out those anti-air guns so that the fleet can move in and take out targets for the grounds units. There's enough senior pilots here to take out those guns, but only if there's enough of us to make the sacrifice."

Pavel looked at his friend of so many years and never before saw the determination that he saw in his friend's face today. He knew that he could never talk Feodor out of this plan and in some ways felt that he shouldn't even if he could. Feodor was right, they needed a victory in Tver and his suggestion was perhaps the only way to get it. Extending his hand the two men shook on it, a silent agreement between the two. They then went over to the other senior pilots, men they'd been flying with for years, and discussed the decisions with them. Not surprising many of them felt the same way as Feodor and Pavel, they shook on it and agreed to join them. Those that weren't yet ready to make the sacrificed were given the task of leading the young men into battle when the deed was done. "Give us 20 minutes and then have those young men in the air after us" was the order the were given.

With that Feodor, Pavel, and the rest of the senior pilots quietly collected their gear and got out to their jets. Prepping for launch they were in the air before the other pilots noticed they were gone. Believing they'd missed out on a mission they briefed the remaining commanders on what was going on. It was only then that the plan was revealed to them and they understood the sacrifice the old generation was making for the new. They would not let their memories fade, it was something every pilots swore that day before preparing themselves for flight. As planned the second and larger task forces was in the air 20 minutes after the first pilots had left

Paul was still in the basement of the church when he felt the tremble of the first explosion. Knowing it was too great of a shock to be that of enemy shells, he emerged from the crypt to find aircraft in the air. With anti-air platforms firing away he knew at once they were his own pilots. Questioning the staff around him, he wanted to know at once who had ordered this attack yet no one seemed to have an answer. It was then that he saw the cause of the first explosion as he saw one of his own dive right into an enemy anti-air position. The explosion rocked the earth beneath them and light the sky with fire and smoke. Never before had Paul seen such a sacrifice made in the course of any war he'd had the privilege of leading great Russian soldiers in. When the last of the pilots had given their lives the sky fell silent if only for a brief moment. He was enough time for Paul to pray for the souls of those men who had given their lives to see Paul back in Moscow.

The prayer ended just as the roar of more aircraft screamed across the horizon. With limited enemy guns and missiles to stop them the loyalist aircraft screamed into the city and began bombing enemy positions indiscriminately with great precision and accuracy. Many enemy blockade and anti-tank positions were completely wiped off the city streets. Tanks now found the roads they needed and quickly secured the positions they need for victory. Loyalist forces soon came swarming into previously hostile areas as they Usurper forces were scrambling to regroup and reorganize themselves. For a battle that had since been taking days, it came down to only a few hours after the air strikes had concluded. Victory came with the capture of the capital building and the seizing of enemy command staff, those of whom were not dead from enemy fire. In a speech man to his troops only an hour after the last of the enemy had laid down their weapons in Tver, a speech broadcast on friendly radio, Paul honored the fallen pilots and gave them his eternal thanks.

It would be a few more days before Paul would be ready to leave Tver. Supplies would be moved in quickly and scouts would move ahead to secure the rails moving towards Moscow. Communication from the Drax was greeted by the Tsar with much delight. Knowing that the Drax would be in Moscow soon even before himself made him feel more at ease as the battle for the capital would take both sides to assure a success.

Ostankino Palace in the North District of Moscow

Though more with a bruised ego than head, Alexei was restrained to the confines of the Ostankino Palace for the duration of the war. It was Yusupov's way of ensure that his heir would not cause any more mischief while the Regent was busy with matters of state. Alexei was more mad at himself than his jailer for the events that had transpired. He wished he wasn't so previously naive and that he would have seen through Yusupov's lies. Now the Russian Empire was doomed and it had all been done in his name, he knew he could never again look at the people of Russia again without the feeling of humiliation. Like clockwork every day at the same hour the butler of the palace brought Alexei lunch.

Today seemed no different as the Butler entered the room and sat down the tray. Unlike the days before, however, the butler did no quietly leave the room the same way he entered. "Prince Alexei is it true you tried to work against the Regent Yusupov?" asked the Butler. "Yes' said Alexei " he has lied to us, all of us, yet I was too foolish to see it. I would not feel hurt if you do not believe more or if you hate me as I hate him." The butler smiled "We knew that you were just as much a victim of the insanity of the usurper as we all are." "We knew that your move here was against your will" said the Butler as he moved towards the door "that is the only explanation for the amount of guards here and why you have not be allowed to leave." The man cracked the door open and then looked down the hall. The guards posted down the hall were at attention just as he expected. Closing the door as quietly as he had opened it he walked back over to the lunch tray and uncovered the platter. Instead of the usual lunch the prince had come accustom to there was a gas grenade and two pistols.

"I cannot explain everything" said the Butler "but what I can say is that we know your father is coming to Moscow and with the aid of the Drax they will retake this city. Many of us have joined together to form a resistance in the hope of making it easier for the Tsar to return without the cost of innocent lives." "I was sent here by the resistance in the hope of finding out the truth and if necessary getting you out of here." The Butler picked up one of the pistols and the gas grenade and then offered the other to the Prince. The Price accepted and the two men moved towards the door. Again cracking the door slowly the butler found the two guards were still at their post. Pulling the pin and throwing the grenade down the hall, the gas acted quickly to knock the two guards out cold. "We move now" said the butler as he moved out of the room, the Prince followed closely.

The two men made their way through the palace, ducking into rooms every now and then to out wit the guards on patrol until they made their way into the kitchen. In the kitchen they were greeted by other rebels working in the palace staff. Using the staff door they left the confines of the palace and got into the Butler's car. It was at this time that they could hear the yelling. It was the time for the guard change and surely they had found the two outside the prince's room out cold on the floor. Now scouring the grounds of the palace they were sure the find the Prince. Stepping on the gas the Butler floored it towards the palace gates and though shots were fired from the guards none hit either men, though in returning fire the Prince did hit one guard. Though the odds were against them, they made it out off the palace grounds and soon lost the guards who had try to chance them.

The two men made it to the warehouse district of the capital city where they met up with other members of rebels. "We will not be able to stay here long" said the Butler. "Do you have somewhere else where we can go?" asked the Prince. The others of the rebel group began to discuss options on where they could go next to hide but none were very concrete. Finally the Prince spoke up "I know of a Bunker that we could use for our operations..."

Moscow, Russia

Felix looked worried as he stood before his command staff, overlooking a map of the outskirts of Moscow. Yusupov hadn't made a public statement or a public appearance in almost three days now however from within the Kremlin walls he shielded himself from any discontent that may now be brewing against him within the city. He knew the Drax were just beyond the horizon making their way towards Moscow with their allies to the North, Paul Romanov and his forces perhaps only hours behind them. Yusupov knew that these could be perhaps his last orders, the alst time he oversaw the Russian military. In his arrogance however, he dismissed any doubts he had of himself and instead had himself fooled into believing that he was invincible.

Publicly the people of Moscow could tell war was coming. Tanks and troops seemed to be constantly moving through the city, building barricades and setting up artillery stations. The commanders were putting a lot of their forces forward at the start, hoping to slow down and take some of the steam out of the Drax train coming their way. Progressively if need be, they had plans for selective treats to areas where they hoped to divide and bottle up enemy forces. Their greatest weakness in their plan was air support. With only the public airport to use as an airbase and few fighters and bombers left to use, Moscow would now have to rely solely on anti-air platforms to defend the city from enemy air attacks.

If all these plans failed and the Kremlin seemed to be lost to Yusupov he had a plan of escape. Since Soviet times underground rail-lines ran from the Kremlin ten miles to what was once considered Stalin's Bunker. Consider a palace of the underground, the Stalin Bunker was to be the Command center of the Soviet Union should a nuclear attack be clear for Moscow. The interior of the Bunker with it's marble floors and columns, it's finely polished furniture and golden fixtures was as grand and opulent as any palace in Russia. It's technology and facilities had all been upgraded when the government decided to re-activate the bunker for use. This would become Felix's home, his last stand, should the Kremlin fall.

What Felix did not know and would not find out until he got the Bunker, was the fact that the bunker was already in use. Having been infiltrated and taken by rebel forces lead by Prince Alexei, the Stalin or what was now being referred to as the Romanov Bunker, was now the new home of Prince Alexei Romanov. Prince Alexei had set himself up as the leader of this new resistance group and with their help he had the State Duma Freed and brought to the bunker as well. With the State Duma as his legislative legitimacy, he could now usurp the usurper when the time presented itself. With the communication systems and other information technology at their disposal they would be able to see both forces as the two moved closer to meet. Having the unique vantage point of seeing many of Yusupov's troop movements, they began to document and keep detailed reports. They would begin to broadcast these reports in secret to both the Drax and Romanov forces allowing them to know where the enemy was before they met with them. Then when the time was right they would be able to move themselves to take out the tyrant that had bleed Russia for so long.

OOC: .. um... yeah... I think... yeah I think I'll just try and begin the last few posts in this war if thats agreeable to everyone.

IC:

The battle for Moscow was a hard fight. The Drax military had been fighting it out in the tight streets of the city for weeks. The Siege now was entering its fourth week. Almost the entire city had been bombed excluding the central Kremlin. The central area around Red Square was safe from the bombing for many reasons, one being that they were not sure where Yusupov's bunker was located, how deep it was underground, if he was even in fact in there or alive anymore, and the greatest of all they must try and preserve at least this part of the city for Paul's return. To claim a victory that had destroyed the entire city including its most grand buildings would seem Pyrrhic.

Much of the city lay burnt, bombed and flattened from the sub-urbs and all the way up until the central and oldest parts of the city. It was as though the city had suddenly shrunk over the course of the month.

But now as the Kremlin lay nearly within reach the Drax soldiers trudged on towards their final victory. Soon the reign of Yusupov would end and the war would as well. It was just a matter of time.

Tsar Paul and his army loyalist forces had left Tver by train, taking what resources had made their way to Moscow. When word began sweeping across the countryside droves of people came out along the sides of the tracks to cheers the Tsar's train on as it made its trip to the capital of the Russian Empire. The usurper's reign was nearing an end and the people were ready to usher in the return of the Romanovs.

Arriving at the Moscow the city looked nothing like the jewel of the Empire, nothing like it was when the Tsar had made his escape. It was a graveyard of rumble, something hundred year old building reduced to rumble as a cause of war. Luckily the Drax had taken care to see safe exists for the people, keeping the civilian causalities low which was good news to the Tsar Paul. The Tsar was greeted by Drax commanders at the train station and as soon as his forces were unloaded from the train, he ordered their march towards the Kremlin.

Within a few minutes to Loyalist Russians were now joining the fight along side their Drax companions as they closed in closer and closer onto the Kremlin itself. The fighting was intense, with the Drax and loyalists having to fight for every inch of street corner they gain. The regent Yusupov ordered that nothing be given to the enemy, that everything gained had to be gained in blood. Hunkered down in the military command center within the Kremlin, Felix held out from leaving.

Meanwhile the Tsar met with Drax Generals to formulate a plan for the final attack. Knowing that they would soon have the Kremlin surrounded the Tsar gave the secret location of a maintenance shaft to the underground rail line. It would have to be taken and secure to ensure that Yusupov would be caught here and now. He then suggested that the best attack was the infiltration of a small strike team into the Kremlin to take the usurper down. He wanted to lead such a strike force and hoped his allies would comply.

Meanwhile the underground rail line was already in use. Prince Alexei had gotten word of his father's return and planned to meet him within the Kremlin. He and his rag-tag group of rebels would storm the Kremlin from underneath, hoping to meet up with the allies as they moved towards the top levels and towards the usurpers place of command.

"As far as I see it we have two options," The Drax commander said. He had been pacing and planning for the past half hour. Most of the news form the front was good, but in the way that diminishing returns could be considered god. They were still gaining ground, but less and less each day, and less and less as they got closer to the Kremlin.

"The first option is as you said, we send in a small strike force into the tunnel systems to infiltrate the Kremlin and remove our common thorn. The second is that we send teams down into the tunnels, set charges, and initiate a cave in, blocking an escape route. I see that as more of a plan b. "

---
---

Drax-Russian forces were now within what would have been a half hours walk from red square. But in war things are never that easy. It might take a day to clear one building and advance to the end of the block, then another day to cross the street and repeat. If this was not central Moscow they would probably just call in the Arkbird to send several well placed routes to their target, but such a call would level much of the central portion of Moscow and put many, many Drax lives at risk.

---
---

Southern Russia

A small group of seven Black Hand soldiers were gathered in the back of a small, unmarked Drax Military aircraft. Most had changed into their uniforms from the Thirteenth Division already, they were now an hour outside of Moscow. There were still small skirmishes in the air between Drax patrols and the few remaining Yusupov planes, but the combined forces of Draxis and Russia had almost completely gained control of the sky.

Of course the small aircraft was flying just below radar level, the Grand Duke wanted his best soldiers to go through the tunnels when they went after Yusupov, the problem was of course getting them there, and getting them there undetected.

They were now forty minutes out.

Their orders were simple, get into the tunnels, plant a small beacon to place the depth, and continue on their official mission. If it all went to hell the Drax had several stealth fighters loaded with bunker busters ready to pop as much of the network as they could. No matter what Yusupov would not get away, at least not unscathed or in one piece. Enough Drax and Russians were dead now that the usurper had a special place in hell waiting for him when he eventually decided to get there.

The fighting endured for several more hours almost approaching a second day between the Drax-Russian fighters and the Yusupov forces. Many soldiers, especially the Russian ones were so eager to make the final push to the Kremlin walls they could taste the victory. However, Yusupov's forces had dug in deep to keep an all out assault on the allies part almost impossible.

With plans agreed upon an all out assault was not out of the question. What the soldiers were working on now was more of an distraction than a victory. Keeping Yusupov's forces occupied would help the infiltration teams do their job. When it finally came time for the teams to begin their way in, the soldiers would make a heroic effort to overwhelm and assault the Kremlin. It would most likely fail but it would help sow to seeds of deception and allow them to get in and get their target.

Before moving out the Tsar personally attended to each soldier both Drax and Russia in the infiltration team, personally thanking them for their service to the crown. He swore he would not allow their great effort and dedication to the cause go to waste and that he would make Yusupov pay for his actions. He also asked that when the time came, that he be allowed to make the shot to kill the Usurper.

--------------------------------

The Tsesarevich and his rebel's train was making good progress to the Kremlin. There were only a few minutes out from being underneath the structure itself. Fighting from the surface was causing much of the tunnel to shake, dust constantly falling all around them they feared a cave in since the structure was old. God willing though the young Prince felt he'd make it to the Kremlin unharmed.

They expected a guard detail to be watching the subterranean entrance but he and his rebels were ready for them. His biggest desire was to be there by his father's side when Yusupov and his wicked regime was finally brought to rest and a restoration of the Empire could begin.

OOC: Hopefully you won't mind Draxis that I finish this story, just kinda want to get it out of the way to work on other stories I need to Tsar for. I hope to cover everything we discussed in this one final post.

IC:

Alexei and his rebel troops arrive under the Kremlin along the secret rail line. They met minor opposition as Yusupov had place a few soldiers to keep the rail line secure when it came time for him to make his escape. The rebels disposed of these soldiers within only one loss from their side after a small fire fight broke out. The Tsesarevich then led his forces into the Kremlin hoping to meet up with his father when he entered the Kremlin himself.

The Tsar entered the Kremlin via the underground rail line through a service entrance. Their infiltration group was led by seven Drax commandos who were unknown to anyone to be apart of the black hand. The Tsar had a few of his own soldiers accompany him as well to fill the rest of the team. The Drax soldiers set the charges without the Tsar or his fellow soldiers noticing they're work. They were astonished to see that the entrance to the Kremlin along the rail line had already been attacked by someone other than themselves. They surmised that the rumors of a rebel force in Moscow were valid.

When the got within the upper levels of the Kremlin the true fire fights began as loyalists to Yusupov tried to stop the invaders from reaching his office. Alexei and his forces encountered similar pockets of resistance as they moved through the Kremlin on an alternate route than his father. On their present course the two groups would eventually met up from two different directions at the door of the Tsar's office. The Drax soldiers performed remarkably as they cut down enemy fighters and kept the group moving from one hallway to the next. It allowed the Tsar's group reach up to the same point of Alexei's group who had had a head start.

The Tsar and Drax soldiers barreled through the last remaining line of resistance before the Tsar's office where they believed Yusupov to be. Sure enough as they blew open the door and rushed into the office they did find the false Tsar but he was not alone. There in his possession he had Alexei by the neck with a pistol to his head. Alexei and his party encounter a group of loyalist far more armed than they were. Most of his party was wounded with only himself a two others unscathed. The other too had been subdued and Alexei was brought to Felix to be used as his human shield. It was his final act and choice for getting out of the conflict alive. At the sight of his son at gun point, Paul order everyone to lower their weapons.

"You will let my son go" Paul demanded to Felix.

"Or what you will shoot me Paul?" said Felix "I don't believe so, because though you're too weak to rule Russia as a true Russia Tsar should, you are strong enough to do what you must to have your son returned to you alive even if it means letting me go."

"You know I cannot do that" said Paul. "You must pay for your crimes."

"CRIMES" yelled Yusupov. "I have committed NO crimes! I have build a Russia to be proud of. A Russia that would have NEVER surrendered to the Middle Easterners. We were preparing to invade Georgia again until you started this rebellion. You ruined it all as you did as Tsar, but I will not kneel before you as a criminal. I am hero and shall go down in history as such."

"You have committed crimes" said Paul. "In your delusions and perversions you used my son's name to act against the people. You've tarnish my family's name and honor, I must avenge that."

"Your son was weak like you" said Yusupov. "He deserves what he's gotten in this conflict. However, it seems I've finally found the best use for him."

Alexei was disgusted at the worlds that poured out of the usurpers mouth. He had heard enough and with rage in heart he shout his head back into the face of his capture. Yusupov let go of the young man who then turn and punched the usurper in the gut. He buckled over in pain and with one final upper cut blow, the young Prince sent the usurper flying over the desk and onto the floor. The Drax commandos moved in and cuffed the man per the Tsar's orders. Paul and his son enjoy a long hug as both men apologize to the other for the mess that had been created. Within an hour a general ceasefire command was sent out throughout Moscow and the Empire of all forces loyal to Felix Yusupov. They false Tsar had fallen, the time of war was over and a time of reconstruction was at hand.

A few days following the capture of the usurper, when order was brought back to Moscow, a parade of the victors was held along Red Square. Tsar Paul, his son, and the rest of his family which was brought to Russia by the Drax were all present as were the Drax royal family and the commanders whom had made the victory possible. During a speech where the Tsar promise a brighter future for the Empire, he thanked Gand Duke Alexander Drax and pronounced that his family would forever be in their depth. As a small token of the Romanov's thanks, the Tsar bestowed upon the Grand Duke the Title of Protector of Moscow, a title the Grand Dukes of Drax would forever been recognized with by the Russian Empire and her allies.

The Celebration lasted the entire day and was unlike anything see in Europe since the time of the World Wars. However, there was still a small matter to deal with and before long Tsar Paul knew that it would have to be settle before true reconstruction could begin. Two weeks after the end of the war, the Tsar and only a select few came with him to the small prison cells within the Kremlin herself. There, sitting behind a long table the usurper was brought before them. He had been mostly starved since being in custody. Some of the guards had even gone as far as to beat him on several occasions. All this abuse was ignored by the Tsar who had not seen the man since he was captured. To weak to walk, his body was drag in and sat in the chair set out for him, his rags barely covering his frail body. It took great strength to hold up his head at his judges.

"Prince Felix Yusupov" said Paul in a commanding voice "Patriarch and main beneficiary of the house Yusupov of the Russia Empire. You have been brought here today to be sentence for your crimes against the crown and the people of the Russian Empire. Your crimes are numerous with treason, kidnapping of a royal, impersonation of a Tsar, and crimes against the people among the long list that has been compiled. You stated before capture, with several witness present, that you deny the charges against you, claiming innocence. However, by the power invest in me by God all mighty and with the trust of the people of Russia on my side I have found you guilty of all charges against you. Were you any other man I would, with the full force of the law on my side, have the power to sentence you to death for one of your offenses."

"However, since time memoria there has been an code among royals one which has kept us, like a gentleman's agreement, from killing one of our own for crimes inflicted. Though I wrestled with the idea of denying you this code and killing you for your crimes I have ultimately decided that I shall not go down in history as one of the first to kill a fellow royal. Therefore I have instead enacted a punish which shall forever remind you of your crimes, and shall allow everyone to know you as who you really are for all the day that you shall live. Thus with the power invested in me as Tsar of Russia, I Paul Romanov II do hence forth proclaim the follow punishment upon you."

"You are henceforth stripped of your title of Prince and Patriarch of the Yusupov family. The next male heir, a ten year old nephew shall now be proclaimed patriarch of the family and inherit the new title of Viscount. All lands, properties, business, homes, and other investments currently owned by the Yusupov family are now the property of the Empire, to be used exclusively by the crown for the reconstruction of Russia and her major cities. Any investments not expunged by the Empire by reconstruction shall be return to the Yusupov upon completion of all projects. You shall be banished from the Russian Empire and her colonies, never again allowed to return. You shall be forbidden to enter the country of any ally of the Empire, as you shall be a an enemy of the state and therefore not welcome in any allied land, forcefully removed if found. To ensure that you are positively identified and ensure that you are forever remember throughout history as the man who perpetrated these crimes, the mark of Cain shall be branded by hot iron onto your forehead."

"Finally, to take a away a bit of happiness in your life as you did in mine the day you kidnapped by son, you shall have your eyes permanently damaged by hot iron. Thus never again shall you look upon the beauty of the world but instead walk the Earth for the rest of your life in darkness. The same Darkness Felix Yusupov that you forced upon Russia for these past few years. Never again shall your name be spoke with any respect, of that I assure you."

Felix said nothing as he was two weak, his mouth to swollen to speak. Seeing that the criminal had nothing to say the Tsar motioned for him to be taken away. Leaving the basement area of the Kremlin, the screams of Felix as his punishment was being enacted echoed through the hallways until the Tsar and his small party reached the surface level. Felix would then be sent on a barge and sent towards the east. Felix would be dumped at the first country the vessel stopped at that was not a colony or ally of the Russian Empire.
