The Emperor of the Romans is the God's Viceregent on Earth, and acts as a guide to all Orthodox lands. Cyprus is part of these lands. It would be a beneficial thing for the Empire of the Romans to come into being as a state once more. Antonio I is the Caesar of Catholic Europe, and as Caesar is the leader of the territory internationally recognized as being a part of Catholic Europe, as well as any nation that might wish to make itself subserviant to Catholic Europe.

His Majesty, Constantine I Monomachus
By the Grace of God, King of Cyprus
