Shall i ask to the map makers, if, as they revive Bactria(in place of real afghanistan) for me, can they add Tajikistan to the Republic of the 1000 cities? Thanks |

The Following nations are currently dead or out of place (in the wrong region) on the Middle East Map: 6. Al-Arabiyya-Teh'riyad (Dead) 7. Ulganian Khorasan-Ashgabat (Dead) 11. Hallistar-Adelaide (Wrong Region) 12. The Turkish Empire-Mosul (Dead) 13. Emirate of Naqaal-Manama (Dead) 20. Sennar-New Tyre (Dead) 22. Draxis-Arrakan (Dead) Please revive them otherwise I'll be deleting them from the map in about a month. |

WELCOME!!!!!!! :) Yes, yes you can. Everything that is grey is open for you to take (although usually new players start out relatively small in size compared to other, more established players. As map maker, I just need you to Personal Message (PM) me with the particulars as stated in the map there found HERE (CLICK ME) Basically I need: -A general location of where you wish your nation to be -A Link to your nation on NS, -The name you wish your nation to be titled for the map key -Where you wish your capital city to be and the name of said capital. Give me all that, we'll work out a general shape of your country, and you'll be on the map and ready to get deep into our roleplaying world :D |

So I've just recently updated the map. One thing that is obvious is that I've opened up the UAE, Yemen, and the parts of Oman that Kas does not control. I did this with Paradise's consent and with the intention to keeping these areas open for NEW nations. So unless you're starting a new nation in the ME or you are a completely new player, these territories are not for expansion. Although a few other nations are sadly dying off, most of what is traditionally "prime" real estate is taken up. Its my hope that with these areas open we may attract a few new players to the Middle East and the community all together. If other areas open up and remain open I may (several, several months from now) consider revising this rule but as of right now, they are no-expansion zones! |

Well I suppose for IC reason, we could assume he hasn't happened yet. Then, if and when a new player comes along and starts a nations there I could inform them on the history of the area and they might be obliged to add Paradise into the history of their nation. Perhaps as each new nation forms, it could be viewed in a greater extent as the slow decade of the Caliphate itself. I imagine eventually, Paradise will not exist at all on our maps (Especially given that Paradise already has little time to log into the forums, much less RP) and therefore each new nations will tell the overall story of Paradise's demise and eventually dissolution. I merely ahead and edited the map so that the areas could be clearly shown as open given that Paradise agreed that some of his territory could go to new players. Edited by NRE, Dec 3 2013, 06:03 PM.
