My Jerusalem and my Libya, TC's Egypt, Siadhial's Sedulion, and Quaon's Cyprus will all be part of this new empire. Please, when you get the chance, make this clear on the map if possible. For the map key please do as follows: First list the nation as "Basileia t�n Romai�n" with its capital as Alexandria. This should not have a link. Underneath this, have four subheadings: First is "Egypt" with capital "Alexandria." This should link to whatever nation Egypt links to now. Next is "Cyprus" with capital "Nicosia." This should link to whatever nation Cyprus links to now. Next is "Syria" with capital "Damascus." This should link to Sedulion. Finally "Palestine" with capital "Jerusalem." This should link to my nation "The Resplendent Dawn" which I have recently moved back into this region, its original home. After that, my libyan land can be listed as "Africa" with capital Carthage. I have a mirror nation for this part of the empire in the other region, but since my main nation is in this region and listed above, it does not need another link, IMO.

While just about every scrap of land on Earth IRL is taken, it's impossible at this point for all the land in this RP to be taken. Essentially, you can say that the gray areas are populated, but in anarchy. Lawless territory.

I like to think of them that way as well, though most of the time I like to think they're lead by Dictators which oppress the people to the point that they can't succeed, hence the reasoning why they haven't and won't (until someone starts a nation there) become a player in world politics here.
