I have just routed the forces of high fructose corn syrup and accepted their unconditional surrender. I may now dictate the terms of peace at my leisure.
Be very careful. HFCS has been known to fight an underground war long after a surrender. They can hide everywhere and anywhere, and if you are not careful, they can sneek up on you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't think one usually sprinted laps....
Well, with today's standards, any race less than a mile is pretty much a full on sprint...
Wow... that bothers me somehow.
In the Army if you want any kind of a good PT score you pretty much have to sprint for two miles. Weze iz crazay!
