Trust me, I will let you know if you are being bothersome. To "my" knowledge I am on good terms with everybody (OOC of course!). There was only one person whom I just could not get along with and in that case I did go through the system of complaining. Then again, I think I was just the catalyst for his departure. Other than that, you REALLY have to work hard at ticking me off. You can ask any of the old guard members of this forum that have gotten to know me; RD, Nag, TC, Assassination, Al A, Nor, etc.

Now I'm not saying be recklace and go to war with no reason. But a new nation in real life has to do a lot to get noticed and stay alive - so please feel free to do the same. Or you can lurk. But if you're lurking, lurk and learn - then surprise us with how good you are. Basically you can't do "too much" in-character. If you're doing something wrong then trust me - we will politely correct you. Nor can you do too little. So long as you have a nation in the region, you can be on the map and part of the world.
