We eagerly accept your invitation, and await your votes decision. I have read through your communiques and am concerned with the negative reactions of some countries. As a nation committed to atheist governance and religious freedom, we are eager to join a "religion-neutral" organization that promotes commerce, tolerance and peace.

In an IC sense, considering things all of Ulgania's votes on any matter should be an abstain until my swaray with the Hegemony has come to its bloody end ^^ However, once it's finished I'll reintroduce the idea. And for what it's worth, the fighting that's going to be taking place in Serpentine is going to be confined to specific areas, which would not include whatever area the SP's HQ would be. I'm sure my new Supreme Chancellor will want to make a speech to everyone involved with the SP soon so if you're willing to wait I'll be able to do some cool stuff IC

IC: To all member states of the Serpentine Pact It has been a trying time for Ulgania in the past months. However, the future from here out is one that is forward looking. The passing of my uncle, and the events following have hardened the people of this country, and as its new leader I find myself in the position to ask that once again, the nations involved in this pact meet to discuss the future. As Ulgania has gone through a change, so has its home of Africa. We need to know if we are capable of standing together. Ulgania is secure, and its people ready to move. I, Tres Valentine personally request assembly with delegations of the Serpentine Pact at its headquarters. Security will not be the issue it has been in weeks past. And Al Qalaa, been meaning to ask how Paradise would be viewing the SP. Any take on that? IC: As parties declare they will be attending the conference as participators or observers, information will be transferred to them about the schedule of events. 6 am � noon: parties arrive, and are free to mingle. Food will be available 1 pm � Tres Valentine delivers keynote speech 2 pm - Half hour break 2:30 pm � Conference begins. Roberts Rules will be in effect if necessary 6:30 pm � Conference lets out for evening OOC: Exotic dancing � 7 pm Getting wasted � 8 pm Hookers and looting � 1 am
