Posted Image The new QS Class balances three key features of cargo ship design: capacity, speed, and price. It is a modular design, with variants designed for different roles, from container transport, to oil tanker, to salvage craft, and just about anything else a shipping firm would need. The largest variants utilize a nuclear reactor as the power source, and each chassis is made from Telosani recycled metal at Yasaman Industries shipyards in Al Qalaa City. |

This design looks great. Telosan compliments Yasaman Industries for completeing this so quickly. We must wait for the others before the decision is made. |

Posted Image The new Dracen class vessel, as was requested, has launched its testbed for its final shakedown cruise. At 650 feet long, longer than the TR Maru II Class, it still has remarkable performance increases including that of a 33 kn cruising speed, powered currently by a Uranium-Technetium nuclear reactor. With cargo holds below deck, its flat upper deck is raised to prevent swamping conditions though flat enough to handle cargo sea containers. It has adopted the Mogami II Class Cruiser's weapons systems, though these are modular in design and are optional. Trade vessels would presumably require such. The buisness contract goes to... Austronesian Design Consortium. Telosan wishes to replace all current trading ships with the new design. Yasaman Industries will receive all the old ships to be used for whatever the company deems fit. |

The Austronesian Design Consortium announces its sense of accomplishment at this offering. We urge you to phase the vessels out, one by one, as each one is delivered to replace it, so as to not cut service. |

The vessels shall be traded out as their replacements are set asail. OOC: I'd like to RP the purchase of their armaments. Browsing through a few companies. Any suggestion as to which I should see first? Will be on vacation though. |

OOC: What thread? Oh and buisness seems to be slowing. Assuming I'm still going about trade with the other nations nothing really seems to be happening. The transportation idea doesn't seem to be working so I'll restate it. IC:
In addition, the TSE will be transporting ALL legal items and, if properly paid for, will transport troops in times of war. |

Buisness has slowed once again. The TSE does not like slow buisness dealing and wishes to hit the top of the list in trading. If it means working with others and sharing the title so be it. As a result, Merchant Dracen himself wrote the following letter to Yasaman Industries: "Buisness is slow for both of our trading organizations. Therfore, the TSE extends an offering to create a joint venture. The TSE will transport any and all goods sold by Yasaman to any location. Even running blockades or passing warzones. In return the TSE requests 10% of profits. The offer is negotiable" OOC: I'll still be selling my own goods. Also on vacation for a week. Edited by Telosan, Aug 22 2008, 10:15 PM.
