Al Qalaa would like to buy a supply of metal, scrap or otherwise, steel and titanium in particular, to be made into warships at our shipyards. The war effort is consuming our stocks, and factories are resorting to melting down cars to make tank armor. |

Telosan agrees to support Al Qalaa in their war effort so long as Telosan remains neutral. This will not prevent the Telosan Empire from trading with other participants of the war. |

Telosan Shipping must make a seperate deal with the Dominion to access any Dominion-controlled resources or move through Dominion waters. Also, regardless of a deal or not, all Telosan ships passing through Dominion waters are subject to a search. |

OCC: Dominion is a coalition of countries in the Middle East right? I've only seen occasional mentions of it. Also I don't know what waters Dominion claims. A list of participating countries if it is a coalition may help. IC: The shipping empire will take care to avoid the Dominion's waters untill the discussion is complete and the safety of the fleets are ensured. |

OOC: Ok, so if you're in Dominion and want to trade with me please mention it when you open trade agreements. IC: Telosan Shipping is fine with Dominion searching the ships so long as no harm comes to the ship, the cargo, or the crew in the process. Propose the deal and we're sure a compromise can be reached. |

OOC: Small correction - it should be Gaza Nag Ehgoeg rather than New Nag Ehgoeg. (The Gaza is not technically necessary. Also... I'm kinda waiting on TC to wrap something up that he started in Gaza.) |

The Dominion will not harm your ships if and only if the Telosan merchant ships are not going against the Dominion's interests. OOC- Considering that you have a trade outpost in Asia, and also considering the current cold war going on between the Dominion and the Shanghai Pact, ships going to there specifically should be careful. |

OOC: No idea. He invaded it for "my safety" and has yet to finish the end of war negotiations. Not having been consulted IC... I'd like it back. I don't mind trading something for it... I don't mind fighting for it... and I wouldn't mind if I didn't get it back. But I'd like it back. The Central Nagian government has just acted like it controlled Gaza without having any real authority there anyway. So if TC actually wants to control it or not, doesn't change how they're acting like they control it. |

OOC: TC? IC: Telosan Shipping has no need to go against Dominion's intrests and will trade with Dominion countries. The fleets will take care in aspects regarding the "cold war". |

OOC: Ah okay. IC: Now that the agreement has been reached, Telosan's Shipping Empire wishes to extend trade to all Dominion countries. Telosan's trade fleets have become to few in number for the increasing trade empire. Therfore 18 more fleets, and their protective destroyers, will be contructed. Bringing Telosan's Trade Fleets to 30 fleets, each with 6 ships and 1 destroyer. Ship armaments are to be reconsidered as well. The destroyers are to remain the same, but the cargo ships are in need of refitting. Each ship will be equipted with two anitaircraft guns, four turrets, and advanced sonar, to compliment the radar, in search of submarines, the inner doors are watertight and can be locked in and effort to keep the ship afloat. OOC: If I want to create a navy and airforce, where should I list it? I've noticed some armed forces pages set up by others and I'm wondering if I need to use pictures and be exact. OOC- The pictures are not necessary. Also, just an FYI, but your Asian and European colonies are dead and need to be revived. I'll let Nag RP any deal between Telosan Shipping and the Dominion if its necessary. |

OOC: In the region where you are mainly based you list your military - it can be as exact or vague as you like. Also, to be on the map here, you have to have a nationstate on nationstates. On nationstates the nation's you're using for your colonies have been deleted - you need to log into them to bring them back. As for the Dominion - you can reach trade agreements with any of the member territories you want. But seeing as you're already trading with me IC (and I'm in the Dominion), then I'd be happy to manage all your trade with the Dominion. |

From: Public Relations, Austronesian Design Consortium To: Telosan Shipping We recognize that your interests are in a vast need for vessels. We construct a low cost vessel, the TR Maru II Class Transport, that would be suitable towards your needs. Furthermore, we could tailor the vessel to whatever propulsion networks are required. Therefore, we could have a low cost alternative from having to contract any additional ship construction. Would your concerns be interested in the procurement of several of these ships, or even a single vessel, to compliment your current building efforts? You would not be disappointed. |

-Private Message to Telosan Shipping headquarters- Greetings, My Board of Directors and myself have been very impressed by your company, and we would like to invest in this by striking up a joint venture, with the International Merchant Conglomerate, a member of the Krantz Group, using its extensive air transport fleet to bring logistics to your outposts, to build a highly advanced cargo sorting system to increase efficiency, and to help construct larger, faster cargo vessels for your fleet to use, including the IMC-SHGC009 Orca vessel. In return, the IMC would like to purchase a number of shares of Telosan Shipping. |

Response to Austronesian Design Consortium and International Merchant Conglomerate : Both ships are equally useful and in the long run, larger ships would help. However, cheaper ships would also allow for more to be built. Therfore, if an investment could go to creating an all new class of cargo ship that combines these two aspects, Telosan Shipping would offer to be the first to test and buy these ships. Telosan offers this job to the Tutchone Confederacy first. As for a joint venture, Telosan would rather stick with trading by sea, regardless of risks as it is a tradition to the origin of the seafaring country itself. However, military airfields have been built since the 'official' creation of the Grand Imperial Military. http://s3.zetaboards.com/nationstates/topic/7020336/1/#new OOC: Can't figure out how to link to words. IC: Telosan offers to allow storage on and usage of the air fields for a yearly sum. |

Yasaman Ind. would like to join the competition to construct cargo ships, with our QZ Class Vessel. While the IMC and Austronesian crafts offer impressive economy and capacity, neither can top the QZ's speed. It is also cheaper than the IMC's design, and more spacious than the Austronesian. As a final offer, if Yasaman Industries wins this contract, Al Qalaa Petrocorp, a beneficiary of this deal, is prepared to offer contracts in Petroleum shipping, up to 15% of Petrocorp total shipping. |
