The Duchy of Marslavan recognises the victory of Germany, Hispania and Quaon in the war and asks for an immediate cease fire with Germany and every power of the baltic sea to negotiate a conditionate peace .

We offer to dismantle a large part of the fleet, pay an indemnity to Germany and sign immediately an alliance treaty with every Tok member that is willing to impose its alliance .
We also offer to intermediate the peace with Mircania and help to re establish the order in the Baltic sea .

Hoping to bring back peace with the members of the Treaty, the humble Marslavan delegation sends its sentiments of esteeem .

Germany has negotiated a separate peace with Marslava, and thus its approval is not needed for this to take effect.
