I Prussia takes central Racaria with its sovereignity
II Marslava continues to own two ports with the interdiction of positionating troops in ground
III DU mantains the control of southern Racaria with complete freedom of disposing of it

The treaty shall be signed by Prussia and all DU nations .

For the sake of preventing a conflict, this will have to do. However, this is a peace treaty between powers. I do not like the partitioning of another nation by other nations, I will only accept this under the position that the ports marslav is hoping to obtain will also be joint DU ports. Usharea dosn't believe in the singular gains of one nation at the exploitation of another.

OOC- This will be an interesting RP expierence to have a joint controlled state. It will be much like West Germany in RL in post WWII.

I am also concerned with the rest of Europes view on this subject. As you know Belgium has sent a force to help the Racarian people, as have I. And this feels like a sell-out.

In accordance with the three way veto power of the DU by the key member states, I veto all measure except that of complete withdrawal of Prussia. Racaria will not be divided by its enemies...OR its allies.

If you use the veto I can't vote in favour ; aniway Marslava is linked by an alliance treaty made by Belgium .
I ask so to interrupt negotiations for a while .

--Secret Comunication from Budapest to Praha --

This is another fault of Marslavan foreign politics.
I wish not send a complaint to my fellow monarch, but i'll been forced by the situation.
Is it not the time, Marslava, will reconsider its own foreign politics?
Marslava should stop signing treaties with any nation in sight or launch foul expeitions in very far areas of the world.
Hungary will not declare war to any foreign powers unless this should not fall in the DU treaties clausoles.
On the Racaria Matter, we agreed with you and we will try to stop a war with Prussia.

-- Secret comunication to Usharea --

We seen your action as guided by greed, Racaria is in state of Chaos and you, or i, have not right to interevene in their matters if not to assure peace and stability.
Racaria is no more, so no more member to Danubia Union.
We will come only to save our strategic interest.
Peace should be our greatest interest.
If Usharea will be recognize the agrement, well, good.
If not, Hungary will not enter in war against a third nation.
