Posted Image The Belgian Government would like to voice its concern over the Prussian Republic's (a former ToK ally) invasion of Racaria, and state that it wholeheartedly condemns this unwarranted act of aggression by a rogue state of dubious intentions, and opposes all of Prussia's claims to the area. As an aggressor nation who has recently chosen to turn its back on the Treaty, I implore all of the ToK's member nations to denounce this show of aggression and take action against the Prussian Republic's illegal seizure of land. To comphensate our limited involvement in Georgia, the Belgian Armed Forces (BAF) is prepared to offer itself in bulk as a ToK peacekeeping force to curb Prussian aggression, and is currently mobilizing 800,000 Belgian troops within the provinces of Luxembourg and Flanders for immediate deployment into Eastern Europe. 80,000 Belgian Legionnaires have also been called for redeployment from the colony of Belgian Brasilias, along with the 1st and 2nd fleets. - King Leopold Amaedo |

Germany supports Belgium's position on this matter, and will impose all available economic sanctions as well detain all Prussian citizens until this matter is resolved. |

Belgium applauds Germany's support for this endeavor, and wishes to inform the ToK that mobilization will begin immediately. As a fellow ally in the ToK, we wish to inform our allies that we are currently rallying our forces on Quaonian soil due to Quaon's relatively close proximity to Racarian territory (and Article VII of the ToK). |

I must fear that this sort of behavior is exactly the type of thing the Gassel regime in Kasnyia would be happy to support, if he hasn't already. This rogue government must be cowed before it gains allies, foreign or domestic. We must also fear middle eastern support for such a state, in lieu of our current conflict. - Lord Esterhazy |

Regardless of whatever may happen (regarding the Danubian Union or foreign alliances) in Racaria, the Belgian stance on this matter does not change. Belgium will intervene on the behalf of the Treaty of Konigsburg unless all Prussian presence withdraws from Racaria within 72 hours. We do not trust the spineless states of the so-called "Danubian Union" to put a stop to this blatant attempt at illegal territorial expansion, and will intervene with or without DU support. 800,000 Belgian troops are currently awaiting deployment in northeast Quaon (coast). Full support from our brothers in the Treaty of Konigsburg is requested. These upstarts must be reminded of who the true power in Europe is, and that European peace outweighs all other nations' territorial plans. - Leopold |

Before we plunge into further conflict, Germany would first like to call to the attention of the treaty Prussia's reconciliatory efforts, including an offer to allow inspectors representing our treaty into Racaria in order to observe the Prussian occupation and its effects. Perhaps we should save our strength for the conflict in the Middle East. |
