Trying to raise $90,000 without collateral, cash, or a means to pay it back is.......crazy. It truly cannot be done legally without a huge amount of luck (lottery, great stock find, gold-mine, find original "Magna Carta" in Grandma's tea set). If you did 10 pornos you could make $1,000 a pop (take that literally). This would follow you the rest of your life, however, and destroy you. If you need connections, CE could fix you up. If you can guarentee a return on the loan in five years, write up why and how, go to Fleet Street and start knocking on doors of investment management firms. They are alway willing to sink capital for guarenteed returns. Of course, you will loose the ability to manage your properties, but at least your original investment is safe. I don't mean to critisize, but if you invested in property you are not living in, and the real estate market has crashed there like it has here, and you cannot sell the property to recover your original investment, you might be better off to get what you can out of it and cut your losses! If your partners are pulling out, then do not take on their obligations. Sell the property, get what you can of the original investment, and then sue them for breach of contract for pulling out and destroying your investment. With luck, in a few years, you may recover all of your original investment. I find it hard to believe that you, as a 20 year old, could have invested personally this heavily, therefore I must assume it is one of your parents who stand to loose the investment, i.e. your inheretance. |

Low risk experiments, limited by availability: AIDS vaccine - zero risk as long as one keeps in mind that the vaccine most certainly is ineffective, and therefore you can't be of the mind that you're protected from AIDS. Experimental contact lenses - extremely low risk, with possible side effect of irritated eyes. Metabolism experiments - you go in, eat some food they give you, do a battery of physical tests, get some blood drawn, and walk away with a couple hundred bucks. This type of experiment should be rather common and found at any large research university. Stay away from pharmaceutical test trials since pills always strain the liver regardless of their other effects. Economics experiments - play some zero-sum economics games at the economics department, earn ~25$ an hour. |

Oh come now, there must be some way to recover from a breech of contract besides a bloody solution. Dueling is illegal there, I am sure, as is the age honored collection method of leg-breaking made famous here in communities bordering large Italian populations. Surely there is some way to correct a duress. |

You see my parents played the market well this time and there is probably no way that they could lose a £150,000 on the value of their property (before they would be in a loss if they sold it). In other words, we bought a ruin and did it up. :) |

I can speak from personal experience, (well, almost personal experience, my brother did it,) that medical testing is a safe, fast, and easy way to make money. I recommend it. |

The risk is negligable seeing as I won't be drinking my customary amount of alcohol during the trial. NH... I did say my situation was simplified. And fairly grossly so. There's a great deal of my private life that I don't mind banding about the internet, but only because I've obfuscated the details to an extent I'm happy with. But still... pornos eh? ... Nah, Dani would kill me. |

Not me. I'm not old enough for those things. I said my brother did it. He turned out fine. A couple extra ears on his chest, no big deal. But seriously Nag, I recommend it. |
