The city is covered with snow, everywhere. It is at the same time beautiful and a "pain in the ass". |

Move to Montreal. There are lots of Italians here. They say Italian is the easiest language to learn for a French, I assume the contrary is true too! |

Move to Philadelphia. We're one of the most Italain cities in the nation. We don't get a horrible amount of snow, but we get snow. |

That's the beauty of it. We don't get snowstorms, but we get enough snow for it to be a nice distraction, but not a pain in the ass. And during the summer Filo would feel right at home! We actually got a very bad blizzard a few years back, though. |

I once drove 600 km from Montreal to Rimouski with my brother at night during a snowstorm. It was wonderful, but it was such a pain in the ass. Usually, it takes less than 6 hours to do. That time, it took 8 hours  |

We got about 10 inches here in Ann Arbor, and the view from my patio looked surprisingly like yours, Paradise. Now, the good news - I am no longer in a house, so there are people out shoveling the sidewalks, the drives, etc! I am in heaven! |

Yeah I had a good 20 inches of snow fall in front of my house today (I'll let those of you who know where I live to figure that one out). Stuff turned into water almost instantly as it hit the ground! Lordy! |

Yeah we might get about 5 centimeters of snow on Haleakala during this time of year, that of course is considering its also hailing and raining with a gale force of 50 miles per hour, and with all of that it still might not get bellow 32 F!!! Today for example, it was a nice, mild, 84 F. Which is bearable considering the storm that just dumped water on us for 5 days and turned Kihei into New Orleans. It's all good though, atleast Im surfing in the water rather then freezing my ass off. :P |
