in Italy we have three(more truly, but three are the biggest) unresolved misteries. Not Ufo or alien, ghost or vampires, but political mysteries that plagued our civil coscience and political life. -- Ustica. -- Moro Death -- Moby Prince. Have your country similar happenings? I know America have(Kennedy, King for exemple) but i ask yo other peoples living in someother spots in the world. ciao |

- William Lyon MacKenzie King talking to his (dead) mother; - Lucien Bouchard and the origins of his flesh-eating bacteria. It is said the the CIA wanted to control Bouchard because they thought he would be the future president of the Quebec republic. They took "drastic" measures to insure that he would be loyal to the USA if Quebec was to separate from Canada. |

1. The "Curse" of Tecumsah. 2. Jimmy Hoffa. 3. The Lindbergh kidnapping. 4. J.B. Cooper (I think it's J.B.). 5. Blackbeard's treasure. 6. The Lost Dutchman mine. 7. The death of President Warren G. Harding (see No. 1). Many, many more. |

D.B. Cooper was an American plane hijacker who, after receving $200,000 ransom money, jumped out of the plane. No one knows what happened to him or the money. The Curse of Tecumseh (also known as the curse of tippecanoe , the presidential curse, zero-year curse, or the twenty-year curse) is sometimes used to describe the pattern where, from 1840 to 1960, each American President who had won election in a year ending in zero (such as 1840, or 1860) died in office. Following the curse the next one should be George W. Bush. |

Reagan broke the curse. Elected 1980, but was shot, and ALMOST died. If he had, I'd be expecting GWB to be going any day now. Tecumsah was a Shaman for the Natives wiped out by William Henry Harrison at the Battle of Tippicanoe, Indiana. He informed Harrison he would be elected President (1820) and die in office, and then every president elected every twenty years after him would also die in office: 1820 - Harrison 1840 - Filmore 1860 - Lincoln 1880 - Garfield (I think) 1900 - McKinnely 1920 - Harding 1940 - Roosevelt (FDR) 1960 - Kennedy 1980 - Reagan shot, but lives, curse broken. |
