I wonder who would be considered the crazy members these days....

I can't think of anyone.

Crazy members do not have a long life expectancy here.

I dunno either gnf, just thought it be interesting to see if the senior players had an opinion like that on the newer generations.

I'll toast to that.

Bite my tongue, bite my tongue...

Ok...

All you people have quirks. Things that make you unique. If we all signed up to another board anonymously I'm pretty sure I could identify each and every one of you. Some people's quirks get on other people's nerves. For an example, see NH and Scythirus above. Both are experienced RPers who are fun and tell good stories, but because their playstyles are different... there are occasional conflicts.

As an RPer... there are some people it is difficult to work with and so I avoid them as much as possible.
As admin... there are a few people who's actions cause trouble.

But there are no "crazy members" only members who don't see eye to eye with each other.

Also, Scy, I NEVER had flying tanks. That was not me. I had submursible Battleships, get your shi$ straight!

I used to dispise Scy, then I learned to love him when he demolished NH pretty good. Now, I consider him a buddy.

Hey, we all screw up once in a while, don't we? :D

I was referring to your tanks that maneuvered perfectly through mountainous terrain when you were invading Sistan. I can only assume the things burrowed underground or flew.

Forgot about the submersible battleships.

Submersible battleships existed in real life...not with as many guns as real battleships, but the general idea of a gun turret on the deck of a submerging hull was sound enough....

Thankfully I had vacation mode on, I put it on when I entered the period of time around mid-terms (approx 13 days of no updating before vacation mode) when my time becomes limited and my brain starts to die of information overload. Which also is why I have several RPs to update, which I need to be getting on.

Asgardian beaming technology?

Is there any other kind?

Note for the benefit of the mini-mods: I'm being sarcastic. My army doesn't really teleport.

Yet.

If he built beaming technology, I'd have to make personal cloaking devices and plasma shields. :o

Godzilla won't exist when my death star blows up the world! ;)

Sure that defeats the whole purpose fo having one if you kill yourself in the process... but still. Its a great thing to have, just in case. :D

I've been reading the old continent stuff for the past few minutes, and although I've found no evidence that Sistan was an unfair war wager,

That's because he wasn't. An unfair bias developed against him because of a joke about cripples he had made and his opinion (an opinion I share, btw) on Patrua's leaving.

Ooo, what was the joke about cripples?

He said something along the lines of: "Why do cripples complain so much if wheels are so much better than legs?" when people were debating the flaws of Egyria's Prussian tanks given legs.

That's not why I disliked him. Pretty good point, actually.
