Although Germany will officially abstain for the time being, its vote will be cast against if necessary. The very notion of pledging to support untried ideals runs contrary to the very principles Germany has stood for, namely stability and peace for all.

OOC Edit: 9 members in the treaty, 6 needed for entrance, currently 2 for and 3 against, Tele needs all remaining voters to vote in favor. With this in mind I set the RL expiration date of this request on Sunday.

Quaon of course votes in favor, and hopes that the rest of the Treaty will approve the membership of a state that has existed under Quaon's guidance since the end of the last war.

The Triune Kingdom would be pleased to vote in favor of Mircania's request, considering the great gestures of friendship made by the recently elected Mr. Miller, who has taken great strides toward European happiness and stability.

Germany votes AYE in the matter of Mircanian observation, and in addition fully endorses the esteemed Mr. Miller and everything he has stood for.

The Kingdom will vote for the admission of the CSR. It is our belief that this is an important milestone in the development of Cerdone from a country in permanent jihad to stable and responsible member of the European community. We would also like to inquire as to whether any of the other Cerdone occupation zones governed by treaty members following the war might be restored to Cerdone, if the CSR is admitted to the treaty?

OOC:

I'm not saying anybody has to give up their occupation zone. But if we are admitting the CSR as a sucessor state into our alliance, it would be awkward for relations not to give back at least some of them. I'm talking specifically about the zones continguous to the CSR but not connected to the mother country.

Yshurak will not be ceding any of its occupation zone. Much of the local government has already been incorporated into the Communist Republic's politics. There are already representatives sitting on the Council of Soviets.

OOC: I have future plans for that land, not to mention it was Yshurak's first, actual expansion.

OOC:

Yshurak's expansion is contiguous to Yshurak and flows pretty well. Its perhaps the only one I didn't have in my mind above.

OOC- Yeah, Yshurak doesn't count when I meant awkward-looking either. The rest were butt ugly though. Its good that only two are left. I wonder if Iggy intends to revive Belgium, because if he doesn't, then there goes one more piece to let free, with Leb's the only one left.
