Due to the ecological emphasis that the Zeelaran government has, it has massive amounts of excess garbage capcity. As we incinerate for power (with massive scrubbers of course to only loose heat and steam), recycle, and decompose trash we are offering to the international community to dispose of garbage for fixed rates. It may not be a tangible resource, but it's a resource for the future. |

OOC: Incinerating trash isn't enviromentally healthy. |

OOC: Yeah. I think any way you cut it, incinerating trash isn't great for the environment. I would recommend you construct facilities where you let the decomposables decompose and use the gasses produced by this decomposition to generate power. I believe that it's actually done, but you'd have to do some research. Anything that won't decompose could be sorted out and recycled into useful products, which could be sold. |

OOC: Al-Aram, I realize that, and part of that post was about how Zeelar does that. What I was trying to get at is that the incineration is being replaced with an aggregate structure. What cannot be decomposed or recycled is compacted into a sort of building material. If you've ever seen trains of ballast that look like garbage, that's an aggregate structure (Not to be confused with the agricultural definition of an aggregate.) Anyways, with an issue, I've shut down the last of the incineration plants. I am sorry that the post was misunderstood. |

OOC: Nobody hit me, but to clear things up and give people a better view on how Zeelar is a "rebuilding country" I'm going to write some history for it |

OOC: I wasn't going to start another thread to avoid cluttering the Resources forum; hope no one minds me bumping this one. IC: Due to the continued disposal facilities offered by various Zeelari industries, the completed cleanup of the Abnar conflict, the discontinuation of specific Zeelari aircraft, and a building boon in the country, a large supply of scrap metal is available, at negotiable prices, to any industry or nation who will import it. |

OOC: Oh yeah, that IC: Yasaman Industries would like to import a large quantity of scrap metal to Al Qalaa, especially Steel and Titanium, for the purpose of building warships. |

Bulk freighters have been dispatched from extranational ports of the Zeelari Merchant Marine. Such shipments shall continue until a stop order is placed, upon which time fees will be assessed and negotiated. As there is an armed conflict continuing, we do not wish to burden you any further. |

The Emprie of the Romans would like to purchase Zeelar's services in this regard, both in order to make use of these valuable advances, and to increase economic contacts with a respected friend. |

We would only be too happy to oblige for a friend. After we have your order, we can begin accepting your waste with however much you wish to dump on us. We should have no trouble removing it. Finances will be handled transparently like our other contracts. May our Risen Lord, Jesus Christ, continue to smile on the Empire of the Romans. |
