However, that is why the Khalifah of The Holy Empire of Madina has taken it upon himself to invite the Muslim leaders to a second round of talks in order to revive the MB and see where it can lead us. When you come to the Conference, we will be able to discuss your concerns and come up with a solution. OOC: Actually, looking through the thread, you'll find that the spit was fairly significant. Palestine, TC's nation at the time, refused to join because Al Araam (A strongly Shi'a nation) was a member. Is there something you are trying to point out?

IMO, treaty would have lapsed during the Dominion; refounding it is a great idea.

If, however, you want to draw up an entirely new charter then yeah I'd say start a new thread.

However, if they do set up a new one, we should sticky that thread instead of this one.
