Although the schism between Shia and Sunni Islam isn't nearly as large as it is in the real world, it would still be a good idea to determine the percentage of the population that follows each sect. Also, now might be a good time to determine your government's policies on both sects and sectarianism in general. Which is why the NS mods have already been informed of Suvadive's Flag. :rolleyes: I've removed it on the forums, not because it's a swastika (if you'll remember, I posted the same nazi star of david in offtopic) but simply because we don't know if the flag is relevent to the nation or a way to troll in picture form. Of course, I'd prefer it if we didn't use swastikas at all... but that's 90% because they are cliched, 10% just because banned on NS and 0% for reasons of racism. (I play a massive middle eastern nation opposed to democracy - doesn't mean I'm opposed to democracy.) |

Bhagstan will apply, then. Due to a Mustafa Al-Rahbi's failing health in his old age, Ahmed Al-Khabir is now the acting Emir of Bhagstan. The official religion of Bhagstan is Shia Muslim, althought there is a large number of Ibadis also. Bhagstan has a decent economy, crime is moderate, and decreases the further inward you go, the most violent areas being the border. The government takes a firm stance against drugs, and alcohol is only available for medicinal or ceremonial purposes. It has a decent sized military, mostly consisting of the army and navy, as the air force is quite small and weak. The police department consists of the morally stable people, as exams on morality nd role-play must be taken before one can join. Murder is punishable by death. Anything else? |
