This is an invitation to all Catholic nations within South America. My cabinet and I have grown wary of the continued existence of socialist and communist nations within our fine southern continent. These worries have heightened with the rise of Costa Tropical's new regime in the north-east. With a recent political conference months ago in communist Hispania Ulterior which is stuated to the south of El Dejarbo's very borders, we suspect that these God-hating atheists with their ideas of shared wealth are up to something. Thus we will convene a Catholic National Conference in our capital city of Renu Grande to discuss these disturbing matters. If something is not done with these anti-capitalist societies, they could potentially become too powerful and overrun our fine South American nations. We humbly request that every Catholic South American nation send a delegation to this conference. There, we will discuss the communist and socialist threat in our own neighborhood. With great regards, Antonio Santiago Presidente of El Dejarbo |

As an almost entirely-Catholic nation, Costa Tropical would be honored to send Archbishop Monseņor Juan Delgado-Meyoral, head of the national Catholic church. OOC: You said 'all Catholic nations'. B) |

Than you would most likely be arrested the second you stepped foot in a Genesian Catholic nation. This conference isn't for you. Trust me. |

OOC: The Catholic European delegate wil not attend if heretics and schismatics go. And without Catholic Europe there, the legitimacy of the conference would be called into question. |

CIO Ralph Thomson from Thomson Publishing in Atlantis Primary will attend as our representative. Thomson Publishing is the world-wide leader in the publication of religious books, including the newest translation of the Jerusalem Bible, fourty-five years in the making, translated from the oldest and most accurate sources known in the world. We look forward to discussing how to make the region more stable and financially viable. |

The day for the conference had arrived. The Eltorago Conference Center had been chosen as the place for the discussions. Hotel arrangements had been organized for each of the delegates that were scheduled arrived. Banquet schedules were placed throughout the duration of the conference, giving a wide selection of delicacies to satiate the varied tastes of the delegates. Now Presidente Antonio Santiago sat in an office of the conference center, eager for the starting hour of the meetings to arrive. The Renu Grande Airport was expecting the arrival of each delegate at any moment now. Antonio couldn't wait... finally the Marxist threat in South America would be dealt with.... |

CIO Thompson from AP stood, and began, "I have a prepared statement: We the people of Atlantis Primary, being a free nation, and avid capitalists, see Marxism, in all its resurections, as an anathima to free and open trade, and free and profitable markets. As a result, we will support whatever efforts can be agreed upon to remove the stain of Marxism on our continent. There is no place for such a vile concept of colectivism here among free, and wealthy nations. With that, the CIO went to the bar to get a Manhattan. |
