We are required to inform all travelers that this is a military zone, and administrated by the Novistranian Armed Forces. We welcome all travelers to the Greenlandia Dependency, a second new zone now freed from the tyranny of anarchy by our noble armed forces. Greenlandia has little to offer any potential tourist, but what little there is, is open for your use. A public airport exists within the city of Novaya Greenlandia, a quaint city of 8,000. The surrounding countryside has excellent crosscountry skiing and snowsledding activities available, though we are required to inform all tourists that all land west and north of the city is closed. Several winter resorts exist in Novaya Greenlandia, and the town itself, while relatively new, is a great place to spend holdiays. Temperatures frequently drop quite low, so remember to pack warmly. The air fields are closed to all tourists, and travel is restricted. It should be noted that the zone is under direct military rule by the Novistranian armed forces, and that soldiers are to be obeyed, under pain of arrest. Please enjoy your stay, and come again! |

The Kasnyian Government welcomes Novistrana to Greenland and hopes a good amount of trade can be done between the two colonies. |

The Seceded South condemns these actions by European Imperialists. Military tyranny cannot and should not be excepted by anyone who believes in the values of freedom and democracy. The South will continue to monitor this expansion with suspicion and warns Novistrana to keeps it's imperialism out of North America. -President Monfort Stokes |

We feel that SS has little to do with Greenlandic territories, and do not consider their opinions to be of any particular importance. The only other Greenlandic nationstate has welcomed us with open arms, a clear indication that this is the right thing to do. |

Kasnyia warns Novistrana not to advertise any potential tourism in Greenland, for the Imperial Government is using the lands for field testing of both peaceful and military persuasions. We say this for the safety of Novistranan citizens as well as our own. |

We hope Kasnyia will halt testing on what is now Novistranian land. Hopefully, the land will be made possible for tourism. |

Our Government recognises officially the Greenlandia Dependency as being an integral part of Novistrana, a key ally of our nation within JAUST. We praise the Novsitranian officials for their positive presence in Greenland and we hope to increase trade links thus between the Empire of Great New France and the Greelandia Dependency. The Kasnyian Government would never conduct a field test over Novistranan lands on purpose, but as these tests are very large scale, there is always the chance of error. We do not want to endanger the civillian population within your territory. |

This base is on high alert. Travel to and from is restricted. All JAUSTian craft in the vicinity are prohibited from fly overs, with the exception of Kasnyian commercial craft, for the time being. |

The reason for this high alert is the uneasy relationship we currently share with JAUST. Two major JAUSTian players, kasnyia, and Eleytheria, are within a quick strike distance of the region. Commercial vessels from non-JAUST states remain welcome, and commercial vessels from friendlier JAUST states may be approved. |

OOC- Which is why Kasnyian civillian aircraft are allowed over your airspace? :P Also, it would have been nice if you had mentioned that earlier. IC- The Kasnyian Government is rather alarmed at this sudden alert at the Novistranan air base, especially since Kasnyia, the only other inhabitant on that land, has done nothing to provoke this. So long as our civillian aircraft are allowed to fly over, and Novistrana does not attempt anything against the Kasnyian territory, then relations shall remain fine. |
