Exactly. That said, libertarianism is also then illegal in every country that currently exists in the real world, as well as every nation that exists in our world except Esternarx. Most countries don't encourage tax evasion. So, you shouldn't be terribly surprised at this point, E. |

So... your taxes aren't really taxes. Taxation being defined as: They are just suggestions for voluntary donation? Well, the "government" of Esternarx (if you can call it a government) does the same thing. They suggest that people voluntarily give them their money so they can do stuff with it. The only difference between our governments then, is that you incorrectly call them taxes and your citizens pay a shitload of them, and I call them donations and hardly anyone pays them at all. Okay... sure... |

Yep, you know me Kas! You be damn right I will...! :P  E, I suppose you could call the taxes "Donations" if they are willing to pay them, nevertheless they are still called "Taxes" -- a percentile of the people's income are divided up and delivered to the Government automatically, even if the people do choose to pay taxes, they cannot decide what paycheck the tax comes out of or at what point in time, in a sense, it still is compulsory, to a point, in the sense that they cannot pay taxes with one pay check and then decide to pay them with another. And Esternarx and Eleytheria-Duo have entirely different "Government" systems, for one, Eleytheria has a true Government, their word is law and they are also the ones that help pass laws -- people are expected to obey and follow in the name of stability and order. Some of these laws (at least back in Esternarx) would be seen as barbaric and tyrannical, even if they are commonplace in many stable, upright democracies. Also the Government reserves the right to declare war for themselves, even if it's military is almost entirely based on defense, and not offense. On top of that, not everything is privatized. The Military is the largest example of this, but among other things, Uranium Mining, Natural Gas and Hazardous Chemicals are also controlled, regulated, and monitored by the Government. I hope this answers your questions about my NS Country, I rest my case. |

Fair enough, as long as you admit that your taxes are not really voluntary, I'm content. |
