37 members of an anarcho-communist commune based in Sutherain, Esternarx will attend. Their 400 member commune is considered extremely successful for it's size, having a gdp rivalling small capitalist run businesses of similar size. They hope to give advice on how to facilitate communism in a decentralized and peaceful way. |

OOC: Well uh I guess I won't turn you guys down but uh "Welcome to all Commies of South America"....... I though there were more communists in SA..ah well still works. IC: The Senate building was beautifully decorated for the assembly. Security had been beef up for the occasion as well due to the governments worries that more capitalist nations may try and attack. It was a beautiful day for the occasion with the warm sun shining over the beautiful Senate building. The colonial flag of Hispania Ulterior flew brightly atop the building with banners embroidered with the traditional communist symbol draped over the sides. The large mahogany doors were both propped open with a large red carpet flowing from out of the building to the sidewalk. First Chancellor Hernández was dressed in a finely tailor suit with a skirt bottom. Her hair was pulled firmly into a bun and a gold broach shown beautifully against the black suit top. Premier Kozintsev also wore a black business suit with a white carnation on the right of his suit jacket. The two stood firmly at the entrance way ready to greet their guests and begin the conference. Though it had been addressed to nations of South America, word soon spread that more far reaching communist outpost were sending representatives. Premier Kozintsev instructed the First Chancellor not to turn them down. What needed to be said could be said to all and no so directly to communist of South America. However, truth be told the South American continent was the chief topic of the conference and if all went well it would soon be gearing up to make a name for itself. OOC Again: You may all make your entrances and of course anyone who has not already said they are coming are still welcome to come. |

Director Emilio walked into the Senate building, smoking a genuine Cuban cigar. He wore a military guerilla uniform, with an AK-47 on his back. A communist guard at the door accosted him to turn in the weapon. He did as he was asked and entered the building, taking the elevator to the convention floor. He took a puff of his cigar. Mother Russia could be a great ally. Posted Image |

The Hispaniolan representative was apparently some kind of soldier. He wore a plain khaki uniform without markings of any kind save a red star sewn into his cap, and the Hispaniolan flag on his right arm. He was unarmed, and wore muddy combat boots. General Francisquez did not expect to gain much from this conference, and his envoy represented that. Nueva Hispaniola was teetering on the brink of collapse after the terrible damage suffered in the Nazi invasion. They were limping along, but could be of no help to any of these nations. Only if they were feeling charitable would Hispaniola receive any aid. The delegate sat down calmly and waited for others to start speaking. |

The Esternarxian "Equality" Communists all entered at the same time, one after another. Every single one of them wore identical gray clothes and had identical red scarfs wrapped around their necks. They all marched in perfect unison and took their place standing in a line at the very back of the conference room. They remained completely silent and if one was to watch closely, it might seem that they even blinked in unison as they waited for the conference to begin. |

OOC: Oh for the love of Mike, I better start this thing off before we get so off-topic that I forget what I wanted to do here  IC: The Conference room of the Senate building was on the second floor and was situated within the inner structure of the building. There were no windows to the room however soft lighting from fixtures adorned on the walls gave a warm glow to the room. The floor was carpeted in a dark blue and from front to back the room was flanked by large, sandstone in color, columns. The front wall to the room was the entry way which had large oak doors with gold knobs. The back wall had at it's center a large, gold silhouette of the colony mounted on it. Flanking it to either side was the colonial flag to it's left and the Russian flag to it's right. The traditional emblem of communism was shown on a small banner which hung from the bottom of the Silhouette to the floor. Within the center of the room a large mahogany table ran down almost the entire length of the room. Floral centerpieces brought a variety of color having some of the rarest flowers in the world apart of the decoration. As the delegates entered and took their seats the Premier and First Chancellor entered and took to the head of the conference table with the First Chancellor actually taking her seat, leaving the Premier standing. Workers of the world unite! Said Premier Kozintsev as he began his speech. This was the motto of an era long since gone. The dream for millions and the child of two great men, a German philosopher/economist and a Russian revolutionary. Karl Marx and Valdmir Lenin were men ahead of their times. They look at the world before them and saw nothing but hardship and pain. However, instead of rolling over or turning a cheek they fought against it. These brave men inspired hundreds of thousands to rise up out of the mists of obscurity and fight against the Monarchies and capitalist dogs which ruled over them with iron fists and take for themselves the one thing all people are born to inherit....freedom. It was at this point Premier Kozintsev paused, looking around the room to see that he had everyone's attention. He then began to walk, starting in the direction of his right and would, while continuing his speech make it full circle around the table. Stopping only momentarily to look each delegate in the eyes while he spoke. Our World today is no different from the world in which these brave men lived and no different from the world of which the people they inspired lived and fought against. Monarchies still reign over countries with deadly precision. What is worse is that those who have thrown out their monarchs have only allow the gap created to be filled by corporations and companies which do no less damage and enslave no less people than the monarchs the people fought so hard to depose. Some believe capitalism is progress and some believe it is the future. I say they are wrong for how can something so positive and so good for all people exist while so much wrong and evil still thrives. Hundreds of the thousand go hungry each and everyday. It is these same people that also live without shelter and some without the proper clothing to survive. Others live with disease most of the world has already cured but because they are poor or because they have to choose between feeding their children that day or getting the drugs they need to live, they choose death because death to them means nothing for they gladly would give up their live so that their children could live on. This my fellow delegates in the world in which capitalism has built us, a world where the rich are rich and the poor are poor. A world where the economic divide is so large that there is no hope for the poor to ever aspire to anything other than what they are and have now. Did you know my fellow delegates that last year an estimated 3 million people were homeless in Europe alone. Europe, one of the oldest places on earth and the birth place for many of the comforts and luxuries millions are afforded each year. How can this be, how can a continent so rich in development have 3 million people living without a place to call home? It boggles the mind to think of how a world so rich with luxuries could still harbor people that go without or people that must die because they cannot afford to get the help they need however it is our reality, it is our world. It is at this point the Premier has made his way back to where he started, the head of the conference table. Taking a more relaxed posture he puts one hand on the back of the chair placed for him to sit. Gazing slightly over the top of most of the delegates heads he continues in a warm and inviting tone. Luckily fellow delegates, warmly welcomed guests of Russia, we have the power to change all this. Only through communism, a brother of the broader socialism for which my nation's foundation is made can the great divides created by capitalism be bridged and people all over the world can live in peace and harmony. A world where each man, woman, and child can go to sleep under a suitable roof and know that when they wake the next morning there will be enough food to eat and enough water to drink. Where the sick are cared for not because they can pay for the medical expense but because they are our own and it is the right thing to do. This was the future Marx and Lenin saw when they peered over the distant horizon of their world and this the future we must strive to build. It is this dream that has brought us all here and it is my hope that with Russia's help this dream can become a reality. For most here, your countries live in famine and many of the scenarios I so vividly accounted to you are too much a reality for you. Russia wants to change this! We want to, through free trade, bring to the communist countries of South America great wealth so that together we can grow and spread our ideals to all who seek a brighter future. Oil, it is the gold of our times and Russia is willing to help rebuild your nations by offering it free to you. We also offer to you Ethanol, a cleaner alternative to oil, and vehicles modified to run off of it. Food, clothing and other textiles are only the tip of the iceberg for what Russia is willing to spend. You see fellow delegates South America is the last frontier. It is the last untouched continent from the public eye. If communism is to rebuild and gain support and power again it will be here and it will be by us. Russia is willing to lend the resources, but are you ready and willing for the long road ahead to help build this continent into the bastion of freedom and the lighthouse of the future that I know it can be? The Premier stood standing for a few moments as short applause was started. He then took to his seat to hear what the delegates had to say to his proposal. |

To: Catholic Europe From: El Dejarbo Holy Father: My administration is growing heavily concerned about this Communist Convention taking place not too far from our southern borders. As you are aware, my country strives for Capitalist ideals and being a part of the Holy League, many of my fellow El Dejarboans are Catholics. The proximity of these Godless Communists greatly worries me and my cabinet. My military is even concerned that after this convention, the Communists may attack. My good friends in the Church, several of them Cardinals, have suggested I write to you seeking advice on how to deal with this Communist menace looming in the south. Sincerely, Antonio Santiago Presidente of El Dejarbo |

The Hispaniolan delegate was obviously not a diplomat. When Premier Kozintsev mentioned that Communism was the child of Marx and Lenin, all around him could hear the Hispaniolan mumble "Well what about Engels?" He also appeared to nod off during the section about the struggle against capitalism. But when the Russian Premier mention oil, he was quick to respond. "Senor, my people are poor, and cannot assist Glorious Russia militarily for any of her services. But if oil could be...donated, to help in the reconstruction of our battere nation, we would always be grateful." |

Premier Kzintsev first turned to Bonifacio... Russia greatly admires the strives that the Free Communist Party have made here in South America and being so well organized here, your party will have much work to do for us if they are willing to be so employed here by Russia. We will need a liaison if you will to South America as we work to build it into the Communist bastion I know it can be. You're party could very well see itself as the administrative arm of our efforts here.
The Premier the turned to his right to address the Hispaniolan delegate. Do not think that Russia has not see the horrors which inflict your nation. We are more than prepared to offer oil and other supplies to your people for free. It is our goal to see such promising nations, like yours rise out of the ashes of destruction and become economic powerhouses. Premier Kozintsev then turned to address everyone in the room. Gentlemen the core of our idea is simple. Russia will provide South America with everything you'll need to bring yourselves out of the ashes of destruction for free. FREE gentlemen and by that I do mean FREE with no questions asked. Now of course Russia itself has limits to it's generosity, namely that we will not be able to provide this service forever. However, we are prepared to do so until which time that your countries can begin to pay for the services we can offer at it is at this point that we will work out prices far more reasonable than those offered by the capitalist dogs of the world. We're building a new Union gentlemen and one which will be every bit as greater than the old one could every hope to be. We are but the tip of the iceberg I assure you but know that it is also an important piece of the over all puzzle. So please stand with Russia and help us build a brighter future! |

OOC: They're not though their colony is. Also, Russia is interested in promoting socialism where ever possible. In South America, communism is the already established socialism and thus they'll support it. They're not looking to create communist dictatorships but they are looking to support the broader ideas that all socialism has in common. Plus they figure if communism is going to exist it might as well be under their terms. Don't worry the Premier nor Russia at large isn't going to do anything which could damage their relationship with the Orthodox Church. |

OOC: NRE you know if you are interested you could PM me and set up one of your own Political Parties in my country from Russia, but it'll have to win the elections to take power. Edit: It's also wise to note that my country is Democratic in nature but quite conservative, it would be hard for a socialist/communist political party to take power unless they govern more like Conservatives than Communists. |
