I agree with Esternarx. What we don't need is more generic Muslim nations. What we do need is something original, which Bactria is. |

Bactria is a very nice nation but for its own creation lack of Game opportunities. Read the story and you will surely understand this. I like Bactria and don't want change it(now i have just a more time to play). @ Paradise: I'm sure that playng with an islamic country will be fine but i agree with Norigthisia i need some or original and i think to Oceania to set the nation |

I judge Islam based on Mohammed and I judge Christianity based on Jesus. As for where, how about South America? |

Me too. I really don't like Islam. The idea of Jihad, which actually came from Muhammed, is wrong. |

The perception of Islam that the Western Media portrays isn't nice at all. The true nature of Islam has its bad elements as well, but overall Islam is quite a nice religion, although there are some things I disagree with (like we are slaves of God rather than his children). |

I think the main thing wrong with Islam as Muhammad meant it to be is the concept of th e Two Houses. That being the idea that the world has two parts: The House of Islam, ie all the Muslims, and the House of War, being the rest of the world. Islam exists to destroy the House of Wa and bring the people therein to Islam. I don't like the whole "You're either with us or worthless until we eventually convert you." To say that the Christians haven't acted the same way would be hypocritical, but Jesus never said anything to that effect that I know of. |

Juadaism does. Gentiles and Chosen People. Now, I am biased, but Christianity (in its origins i.e: Jesus and the Bible) does not mention anything like that, as far as I know. |

Well, I don't know if that is true or not, but I was just saying about particular religions (i.e: Islam and Judaism), which set all followers in one box and all the rest in another box. |

CE, do you know why you will never be able to sexually pleasure a Devout Muslim woman who has been married before? Because the bastard first husband had her clitoris cut out. Women are no different than holes in the ground, there only purpose is to sexually pleasure their man, and they have no right to enjoy themselves. I find that attitude a bit flawed, and that's just a start. |

Indeed. It's frankly disgusting... The young girls usually don't have the choice, and the worst of all is that it's usually done by a woman of her family (grandmother, aunt, etc.). |

Thats not a valid example. Neither of those terms were around when Jesus was, as neither existed. |

Both Islam and Christianity are far too intent on converting everyone in the world. Its really a pain in the ass when I'm trying to sleep in until noon and some jerk rings my doorbell, and I have to put on pants and listen to them ramble on and on and on about Jaysus and Bringham Young and Witnesses and Freemasonry and whatnot, while I'm still trying to wake up because I stayed up until two in the morning on here having a spirited debate with Esternarx and New Harumf about Libertarians and then they give me these weird pamphlets which I just recycle anyways. I swear, I'll convert to Zoroastrianism one day, just so I can tell them that I'm a Zoroastrian and piss them off. "Christianity you say? How old is that religion? Only 2000 years or so? That's pitiful! My religion's older than yours, and we were Monotheistic first to boot! Beat that ya hayseeds! Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to make a burnt offering." Anyway, here are some wonderful Mark Twain quotes about religion that I found when I was looking for his quotes about slavery: My personal favorite: So much blood has been shed by the Church because of an omission from the Gospel: "Ye shall be indifferent as to what your neighbor's religion is." Not merely tolerant of it, but indifferent to it. Divinity is claimed for many religions; but no religion is great enough or divine enough to add that new law to its code. - Mark Twain, a Biography The Koran does not permit Mohammedans to drink. Their natural instincts do not permit them to be moral. They say the Sultan has eight hundred wives. This almost amounts to bigamy. - The Innocents Abroad The easy confidence with which I know another man's religion is folly teaches me to suspect that my own is also. I would not interfere with any one's religion, either to strengthen it or to weaken it. I am not able to believe one's religion can affect his hereafter one way or the other, no matter what that religion may be. But it may easily be a great comfort to him in this life--hence it is a valuable possession to him. - Mark Twain, a Biography I do not take any credit to my better-balanced head because I never went crazy on Presbyterianism. We go too slow for that. You never see us ranting and shouting and tearing up the ground, You never heard of a Presbyterian going crazy on religion. Notice us, and you will see how we do. We get up of a Sunday morning and put on the best harness we have got and trip cheerfully down town; we subside into solemnity and enter the church; we stand up and duck our heads and bear down on a hymn book propped on the pew in front when the minister prays; we stand up again while our hired choir are singing, and look in the hymn book and check off the verses to see that they don't shirk any of the stanzas; we sit silent and grave while the minister is preaching, and count the waterfalls and bonnets furtively, and catch flies; we grab our hats and bonnets when the benediction is begun; when it is finished, we shove, so to speak. No frenzy, no fanaticism --no skirmishing; everything perfectly serene. You never see any of us Presbyterians getting in a sweat about religion and trying to massacre the neighbors. Let us all be content with the tried and safe old regular religions, and take no chances on wildcat. - "The New Wildcat Religion" |

The key here is to NOT put on your pants when you answer the door! I figure, they are taking the risk by ringing the bell, and if I come to the door nekkid, well, they asked for it. I have done this often, or in my robe, but only once did I have two Mormons come into the house when invited by a naked man. I sat on the couch, scratching myself in all the wrong places, while they tried to preach to me. After a while, I said, "I'm gay. I'm naked. Do you find this strange?" They said nothing, packed up their stuff, and left, but while one was leaving, he turned and gave me a wink!! Oh, more Mark Twain, please!!!! |

Actually, Zorastrianism was a dualist religion...Ahura Mazda and Mithra. One diety representing all that was good - Mazda; and the other evil - Mithra. Some theologians credit this religion with gnosticism. But it was a step in the direction towards the Jewish religion. Both Jehovah Witnesses and Mormons were founded by 33rd degree Freemasons which automatically renders their Christian profession invalid. |

But the Zoroastrians only worship Ahura Mazda (who is the same as Mithras). Aingra Mainu (sp?) is the evil one, and they didn't worship him. As for the Witnesses and the Mormons, it was a joke, and I mentioned freemasonry. Besides, everything I said about them holds true. Also, in an ironic twist, I bought a pocket watch with masonic symbols on it in an antique store, but it broke a few days later. I just refound it and fixed it. Plus I have a fez. And Masonic ancestors. WARNING! WADJ IS NOT A FREEMASON. THE FREEMASONS AREN'T TRYING TO RULE THE WORLD. RETURN TO YOUR HOMES. NOTHING IS WRONG. EVERYTHING IS FINE.
