You can go to the beach, but swimming is forbidden. You wouldn't want to get a cancer by swimming in our fluorescent green waters ^_^ |

I think they have designed a suitable enough swimming costume for women. |

Or you just have separate swimming facilities for women and men like we geniuses in Al Araam do. Women arent allowed to swim in public (i.e. at the beach) though. That would be terribly indecent. |

Terribly indecent indeed. Saying that, you won't find Catholic European women swimming at beaches either. Culture rather than legislation though which prohibits them. |

If you try to swim in the Mississippi down there, you'll end up in the Gulf of Mexico in about 20 minutes!! |

Well, then women of paradise could swim in full wet suits, you know the kinda with the masks. I want to get certified to dive so badly, I'll eventually get around to it. Perhaps next summer. |

Well I would but from what I've been told you have to be certified to be able to get your oxygen tanks refilled, or somethnig along those lines. Besides, it's kinda like truck driving, sure I could just go and get the license but you learn so much more by taking the class. |

Yup, you need to have your dive cert in order to rent equipment or get your tanks refilled. Plus there are some things included in the class you really should know, like how the basic equipment works and how it's maintained, what to do if something goes wrong when your underwater, and how to work a dive table so you don't get the bends. I am certified with PADI and the cert course at the local dive shop was very informative. It's not difficult and it's actually quite fun, so I highly reccomend you get certified. |
