After considering the current situation in Esternarx regarding the elections, the Eastern Empire has decided to not recognize the recent expansion of the said nation. Much like they did with the Iron Fish many year and one leader ago, the Empire will not recognize the Australia land of which the nation of Esternarx is claiming. The Empire feels that it is just an imperialistic move and they will not support it.

OOC: "The empire feels it is an imperialistic move and they will not support it." LOL

IC:

"The elections were completely fair, contrary to the vile and unfounded accusations of Greater Sakha. The expansion was both necessary for our expanding population and helpful to the people living in the lands we annexed. To oppose either the legitimacy of the election or the expansion is insanity."

OOC: ;) You'll soon find that the Eastern Empire just likes to give any and every nation it can an extremely hard time. However this move really doesn't mean much, it just means that they won't recognize the new borders and the mapmaker of the region (Nag now) may put a side note by your nation saying that the annexation of the said area is contested. It's a tactic many nations use when they don't feel like actually fighting
