Baltuvia hereby declares the annexion of Sudan. This action has international security backgrounds as well as the fear of a high oil price due to the assault on UE, where Baltuvia declared neutrality. The 1st Tactical Response Force is sent into the area to do peacekeeping and prepare for new troops. Also is the 1st Armoured Cavallry Division underway to the area. Air superiority is provided. This action however is not a hostile move against any nation, but we think that this territory should be controlled by a stabile government to protect it from terrorists and international troublemakers. We will release further information when the full military troop redeployment has been made. 1st Tactical Response Force C-5 Globemaster III in Sudan: Posted Image |

The annexion is not tolerated by Paradise. We require Baltuvia to retreat all its troops to the internationally recognized baltuvian territory or Baltuvians should expect a military intervention from Paradise to prevent annexion. Ibrahim bin Omar Al Kharashi, Minister of Foreign Affairs |

The People's Federal Republic fully supports its military endeavors to reunite its country. The CNNP Airforce has begun mobilization to aid its ally Baltuvia. We have given full recognition of Sudan being a part of Baltuvia. Presidente Luis Macchi |

Al Araam will back Paradise in this matter. If it comes to blows, Al Araam assist Paradise militarily in curtailing Baltuvia imperialist tendencies. We urge Baltuvia to save themselves the trouble of being forceably put down by a superpower and give up their hopes of expansion into Sudan. --Mohommed Abdel Minister of State Aristocratic Dominion of Al Araam |

The Trilateral COmmission supports Baltuvian expansion into the Sudan. We propose a compromise on this issue, to allow Baltuvia to take part of this territory, and not its entirety. |

A part of the territory is a good beginning. The entire Sudan was ridiculous. |

Agreed. We shall see if Baltuvia has a more reasonable plan of action acceptable by the Mid East community. |

This action is not to be mistaken as a imperialist tension of the current Baltuvian government. We agree to a compromise and will after talks to the CNNP show up a plan where the planned new territories of the Democratic Republic Of Baltuvia are. We invite observers of Resplended Dawn, Paradise and Al Araam to the area to make sure that our actions are not seen as pre-war actions. |

This is actually the plan for the region. The blue areas are Baltuvian territory and the brown marked area is a proposed Peacekeeping Multilateral Mission, that should stabilise this territory. We hope that this is an action that can be agreed on by all Middle East nations, especially the Bagdhad Pact. We also hope that the former threats of a war against Baltuvia were exagerated reactions that were spoken out too quick. |

You are still tripling your territory size. As for the multilateral peacekeeping mission, you should ask the United Nations (O.O.C.: In the United Nations forum). I'm sure they will be glad to stabilize the area. |

Yes, that is obviously true. This is our attempt of a compromise. We will held election within the next week that should show, if the local poulation wishes to be part of the Democratic Republic Of Baltuvia. We treat them well and no human right abuses are done to them. As already said, we invite observers from Paradise, and from Wadj, as a nation that is neigbouring the territory, to make sure, that this action does not trigger a war. Baltuvia wishes to remind all nations, that a territory held in the hands of a stable government is far less dangerous to the regional peace than a territory in anarchy, where terrorists and troublemakers can settle without any disturbance. Until our forces moved in, the population had nearly no access to drinking water or continuing healthcare, that will change now. Also a Resolution will be handed in to the UN forum to suggest a UN peacekeeping force there. |

As no one furthermore intervened diplomatically against the annexion, we officially announce the marked territories as Baltuvian sovereign territory. This happens without any hostile intentions against anyone. The main goal is to provide standardized healthcare, access to drinking water and the full human rights. If there are any objections we call upon a diplomatic solution, instead of threatening with war and the life of many human beings! |
