Al Qalaa Petroleum Corporation will match Russian Prices.

Also keep in mind that tiny Kuwait holds 10% of the world's oil reserves, and fills 7% of the world market.

As well, the Qalaa'i state-run shipping company handles all oil coming from Iraq as well, making the Emirate a competitive force in the petroleum market

OOC- In the real world, yes. Otherwise, that statement is up to interpretation.

IC-

Kasnyian Royal Oil will offer the same amount and quality of oil at half price of the lowest current competitor.

OOC: aren't ALL the oil deposits in the world multiplied, so the proportion of oil deposits should stay the same? And how does Kasnyia offer such low prices, if they're in India?
