The Trilateral Commission offers to pay this fee for using New Harumfian facilities, so that no extra charge will be passed on to the Assassination Army.

Re: Persian Gulf Fleet, Oil Concerns

By bringing a fleet into the Persian Gulf you are not "protecting the stable flow of oil" they are in fact jeopardizing it. Al Araam is not a combatant in this war, the CNNP is. If Sistan and the CNNP were to go to war, as it appears they will, it is very much concievable that Araamenian shipping, including oil tankers, could be caught in the crossfire. As your ships are a direct threat to our shipping, we ask that they be removed. The CNNP has twenty-four hours to withdraw their forces from the Persian Gulf before all oil to the anti-Sistan coalition is cut off. There is no reason for these ships to be here as they do not represent a stabilizing factor but rather a destabilizing one.

TC: We would be grateful for that, friends.

Great Denizistan: We are of course interested in oil and natural gas, and would like to discuss a trade pact to acquire those materials. In exchange, you have but to simply name a price or good you wish.
