I urge all nations to begin to use alternative energy fuels so that reliance on OPEMEC will not be as great, and therefore their stranglehold reduced. Pope Urban XII

Now you should give us the names of the officials (and positions) who signed the treaty so we can update the first post; 2. I think we should add a fourth article, a procedure for new memberships. I propose it should be a majority vote from OPEMEC members to accept new members into the organization.
