The national congress of the Movement of the People Party, the ruling socialist party of the Kalakuta Republic, requested that the President, Dr. Fela Anikupola Kuti begin implementing programs that would lead to the inclusion of the lower niger area into the socialist Republic.

Kalakuta Republic Armed Forces and elements of the Black Guard led the invasion across the River Niger and began putting down pockets of resistance encountered by loyalists of the colonial regime.

The lack of any coherent opposition due to the fall of the local authority in the area, enabled socialist forces to retake the entire area with little resistance from locals.

The Government of Kalakuta Republic is expected to set up a provisional government in Southern Nigeria (formerly Elyk Minor)

This is totally unacceptable, Elyk Minor has been a friend of Neo-Macedonia for sometime now and a trusted Catholic nation for ages. We are appalled at the Kalakuta government for allowing such an invasion to occur.

We formally request that the nations of Africa boycott this action and take steps to remove the Kalakuta forces from Elyk Minor. We also ask that a full investigation be put forth to investigate the state of Elyk Minor. Though it is true that the nation has be silent for some time, we require proof that the nation has become unstable before we even begin to allow this annexation.

Our Government strongly condemns the illegal invasion of Elyk Minor warranted by the Kalakuta regime. Such an invasion constitutes a clear violation of international law and will not be tolerated. We call upon the UN and CENTO to take action against Kalakuta's provocations.

Erman Oymen, Foreign Minister of Great Denizistan

As a UN Delegate, we join ourselves in the international condemnation of the illegal invasion of the nation of Elyk Minor by the Kalakuta Republic. As our Foreign Minister rightly has said, it constitutes a direct violation of international law and the UN will not stand for such an invasion. We will discuss this issue with our partners in the UN and indeed will try to raise it in Security Council meetings. If Kalakuta continues its defiant actions against the UN and the international community as a whole, the UN along with the majority of the international community will have to take action.

Umit Taner, UN Delegate from the Republic of Great Denizistan for the African Continent

In the name of CENTO, we strongly condemn the unwarranted invasion of Elyk Minor by the Kalakuta Republic and we add our support to the UN in its quest for establishing peace and stability and restoring law and order into that part of the region. We urge the Kalakuta regime to withdraw without delay or face further international condemnation. We will hold a special emergency summit at the Council of CENTO at the level of Heads of Governments of the member states and the Supreme Military Council will also be informed of the content of those discussions.

Kerem Ekmekoglu, Secretary-General of CENTO
