Lessee - being a small-town midwesterner, it goes like:

Turkey(freshly killed and roasted), with sage and apple stuffing (apples from your own tree). Giblet gravy, unless absent-minded aunt Ginny throws out the drippings, Cranberries (from a can), double baked potatoes. mashed potatoes, yams (under marshmellows), Green beens and mushroom soup, 3 bean casserole, cream style corn (fresh, not canned), fresh baked rolls. Appatizers will consist of olives, stuffed celery, deviled eggs, cucumber sandwiches, shrimp and cocktail sauce, chips and french onion dip, whatever that dip is that aunt jean makes. Dessert will be, Apple pie, cherry pie, banana cream pie, cheesecake, pumpkin pie, sponge cake, coffee

Lol, those people from quebec just seem to mutter in French about the oppression they receive at the hands of the Canadian government and don't do much else.

Oh your post reminded me I forgot some things...we also have:
Cranberries (from a can),mashed potatoes (sometimes, but not all the time),Green beans, corn (still on cob and sometimes from a backyard...though not mine :D ), fresh baked rolls, potato salad, deviled eggs (more on Easter than Thanksgiving actually), and other desert we have are pecan pie, cheesecake, and pumpkin pie.

I've most likely still forgotten some things, so I'll just update you after tomorrow
