This requires making a new thread with your military actions. Call it something good... like the 9th Crusade. |

I guess that is quite apt. For Catholic Europe it would be probably be a crusade, or at least the Church would call it that to capture public enthusiasm. |

NH, are you aware that the only Europeans involved here are Catholic Europeans? Trilateral Commission is in Asia, and the rest of it is all MidEast (including CE). |

I am simply stating that any European country involved, without a LARGE presence in the Middle East is forbidden, in our eyes. I was specifically speaking of Menhad!! |

Ok, I wasn't sure who you were speaking of. Menhad is a Holy League member, so aren't you allies? |

Yes, at least they should be. New Harumf, there is no need to worry about Menhad. They will do as I say so it's no problem. |

Yes, I understand, but I do not want to set a presedence of meddling, crusading europeans marching and burning accross the middle east. Catholic or not, they will perform genocide on our people, and you know it!! OOC: New Supreme Court Chief Justice here is Catholic. Thought you'd enjoy that. |

Base established at Gibraltar In defiance of Denizistani opposition the Trilateral Commission has seized Gibraltar to ensure the passage of naval vessels from Asia into the Mediterranean Sea and to Israel. The Trilatearl Commission bears authorization from the United Nations International Agency of Maritime Security to ensure safe passage of vessels through this waterway. From the Manchurian navy 2 landing vessels, 7 aicraft carriers, 15 cruisers, 17 destroyers, and 82 assorted smaller gunboats passed through the Strait of Gibraltar and seized the northern component of the Pillar of Hercules. The local inhabitants were arrested and deported to Manchuria, while technicians and military specialists have been arriving from Manchuria to set up the new naval base opposite the Denizistani presence at Ceuta and Tangiers. The temporary base will have a fuel depot, supply depot, barracks able to accomodate 90,000 sailors and 340,000 soldiers, in addition to temporrary housing for logistics and support personnel. An airstrip has been established north of the famed Rock of Gibraltar to accomodate up to 500 helicopters and 100 large jet aircraft of the Manchurian air force. The forces at this base seek to scrupulously avoid war with Denizistan and will not fire against Denizistan unless they attack first and violate the UN-sanctioned action carried out by the Trilateral Commission. After the Israeli war is over, the base in Gibraltar will be evacuated or recommissioned. |

With New Harumf, Egyria and Catholic Europe all busy overseas the opposition to the preposed plan of control of the Holy City has evapourated. Nag Ehgoeg suggests that immediate moves are made by all concerned powers to secure their afore agreed boarders and foritfy before opposition can be mustered against this move for peace and safety. Work securing the UN sector has already begun, any UN nations wishing to contribute to the effort are welcome to. Posted Image |

Wadj concurs with nag Ehgoeg. We have taken control of the Wadji sector. Adir bin Faiz has been appointed Governor. Shmuel ben Gurion and Apostolos Christos have been appointed as Lieutenant Governors. Wadj is also planning an election so that the residents of the Wadji sector can elect a council as their legislative body. |

SECURE LINE 77381-XH TO: Governor Adir bin Faiz CC: Wadj Government FROM: Chief Ambassador Omar ibn Zaid Egyria is very against any nationalizing of Israel, in any form. However, we recognize that this is an unrealistic wish. We applaud the placing of the city of Jerusalem under United Nations control. Wadj has shown great restraint in the demarcation of Israel. Due to the extreme likelihood that Catholic Europe will go to war against Jerusalem - even as they fight in Europe - Egyria is requesting a section of Israel be placed under an Egyrian governor so that military forces may be stationed there, as well as increasing the multilateralism of this project. |

OOC Damn, I have no idea how to start this thing....... deciding whether I should take Sardinia and Malta as temporary bases first, or something else. I'll catch up on some studying and sleeping, then I'll think it over so more so we can get the war going by this weekend.. |

OOC: The Papacy may not go into a war over Jerusalem. Relations are good with RD, we have a Treaty with them, and if we can work out something peacefully first then that is what will be done. |

New Harumf will follow the lead of CE regarding Jerusalem, however, if a call for a crusade should go out, we will be the first to march on the city of cities. |

--PRIVATE AND SECURE TELEGRAM-- TO: Chief Ambassador Omar ibn Zaid CC: Egyrian Participation in Israel FROM: Governor Adir bin Faiz Wadj would be willing to govern its section of Israel jointly with Egyria, with the following conditions: 1. This will be a purely secular occupation. 2. Egyria allows the people of the joint Wadji-Egyrian sector to elect their own council as a leglislative body. 3. The Egyrian and Wadji military work jointly to ensure the protection of the sector. If Egyria accepts these demands, Wadj is perfectly willing to work in concert with them in order to preserve the safety and security of the people of Israel. OOC: Just a note- Governor bin Faiz is a Muslim from Israel, not a Wadji. Oh, and to RD: Wadj knows that Israel can be a volatile place. They want to make their sector one that is safe for Muslims, Jews, and Christians. They are also trying their best not to antagonize any of the people living in the Wadji sector. |
