Following concerns expressed by the Imperial Ambassador in South Africa, he has been evacuated and withdrawn to Ivoj Nob. This follows belligerent overtones from the South African government towards the Empire and the values represented therein. Simultaneously, the Emperor has announced an expansion of the Imperial Army to a force of 6.58 million alongside the compulsory membership into the armed reserves of all men between 16 and 45, some 13.4 million men. This, combined with the Syawlan air force (Syawla as landlocked possesses no navy) brings the total of all Syawlan military forces to some 10 million regulars, alongside the reservists. This does not include intelligence and technological personnel. (OOC: Shit, fucked up that title!) |

OOC: Topic title fixed. IC: Camizu will be doing military exercises soon. If the South African government continues its belligerance toward Syawla, Camizu will naturally support its ally. |

Yes, Camizu agrees. While our relations with Great Denizistan have not always been ideal, it is clear that our interests are the same: a peaceful and prosperous Africa. Dr. Camizu would be interested in improving the relationship between Camizu and Denizistan. |

The Emperor concurs but feels this does not go far enough. He is of the opinion that any nation that trades with Le Congo or South Africa be treated an enemy of humanity. |

The South African ambassador to Syawla has been recalled to Pretoria in protest of Syawla's imperialism and war crimes. In a televised speech, Comrade Munugoza delcares that "Armed proletarian revolution and regime change in Syawla is currently the number one foreign policy goal of the South African government." |

The international community clearly stands AGAINST Syawlan imperialism AGAINST Syawla's war crimes AGAINST the Syawlan annexation of Limpopo AGAINST Le Congo Leopold's imperialism AGAINST Le Congo Leopold's racist exploitation of the Black African people AGAINST Denizistan's interference in the sovereign and democratic principle of self determination AGAINST Denizistan's racism and discrimination of the Black African people AGAINST Denizistan's arrogance and imperialism AGAINST Dr. Camizu's oppression of his people AGAINST Dr. Camizu's fascist, imperialist regime The Marxist Internationale, the United Nations, and the law-abiding states of the world stand FOR South Africa's right to fight Syawlan racism and imperialism FOR South Africa's right to fight the new Axis of Evil, TMA FOR Black African peoples' inalienable right to rule themselves, free from the interference of foreigners, imperialists, and fascist tinpot dictators FOR Black African peoples' right to overthrow the legacy of European racism/imperialism FOR Black African peoples' right to overthrow the fascist regimes of Africa FOR Black African peoples' right to eradicate fascism and imperialism on the continent of Africa Do not mix us up with those fascist European puppet state of Congo. Congo stands for imperialism and exploitation. Syawla stands for imperialism and exploitation. South Africa stands for freedom from the imperialist occupiers of Black Africa. Denizistan is the hypocritical Great Satan similar to the former American Empire. You claim you protect democracy and you are jealous of your own rights, but you spread fascism and dictatorship around the world. Denizistan will fall just like all fascist regimes have fallen in the face of justice. Our great nation's armed forces stand ready to fight off all of your pitiful threats. We also command nuclear weapons and we will not hesitate to use the destructive force of nuclear power to eradicate and exterminate fascism from this world. |

OOC: Camizu does not yet have nuclear weapons, but have been working on producing nuclear energy. Camizu does have biological and chemical weapons, but has never used these, and does not intend to ever use them, because of the terrible nature of such weapons. They exist primarilly because they were developed at one time, and Camizuan scientists have not yet agreed on the best way to dispose of them. (there are other reasons that are top secret) |

"When the UN fought against the Apartheid regime, the UN did NOT intend to help Syawla indulge in imperialism and aggressive expansionism. Now that the war is over, Syawla must return Limpopo to the Black South AFricans who have shed sweat and tears to reclaim their nation from Apartheid. Syawla ruthlessly took advantage of the world's goodwill by annexing land from the free and proud nation of South Africa. The UN and the international community has been terribly betrayed by Syawla and its hypocritical supporter, Denizistan. The UN and international community will not stand by while the fascist dictatorships of Africa try to spread hate, lies, violence, and oppression against the Black African people." Comrade Munugoza. |

The Emperor has announced the formal withdrawal of Syawlan troops from the Limpopo region at a ceremony opening the new Limpopo senate. In a massive security operation, the Emperor, with his esteemed guest of honour the Lady Lisa of Neo-Macedonia, declared to his troops: "Our task is complete. We have liberated the people of this region from their South African oppressors. Syawlan troops are already beginning the dismantling of all military apparatus and within the week will be returned to Syawla. This Senate will be handed the responsibility of developing a new constitution for the Limpopo so it may become a truly free, sovereign nation. I hand over formal protection of this region to the Unted Nations in the form of the regional delegate until the people of the region themselves have chosen their government." |

The Emperor has returned to Ivoj Nob and officially withdrawn Syawlan membership of the TMA. This follows the renunciation by its members of its founding principles: peace, freedom and self-determination which Denizistan has shown it is unwilling to give to the people of the Limpopo and instead would rather subject it to South African tyranny. The Emperor has stated that if the people of the Limpopo desire reunion with South Africa, then so be it; for the Emperor maintains that it was for the Limpopo's right to choose its destiny that the area was put under Syawlan protection. He, however, made it clear that he would not tolerate further South African threats to Syawla in the name of its Marxist Revolutionary goals. |

The position of Syawla is perfectly rational in light of comments recently made by Denizistan. On the one hand, Denizistan condemns South Africa for "total disregard for those very values and your admiration of terror and injustice" but at the same time, demands that Limpopo "be given back to the South African authorities as soon as possible." How can Denizistan and its TMA claim to stand for peace, stability, promotion of democracy and civil liberties when it contradicts itself in such manner? If Denizistan believes that the people of Limpopo deserve peace and all the specified human rights, then Denizistan should join us in rejoicing that Syawla has given those gifts to the Limpopo. On the other hand, if Denizistan believes that Limpopo should renounce these basic rights and join a regime that has been repeatedly indicted by Denizistan itself for flouting these priniciples, then continue insisting that Limpopo be reintegrated into South Africa. You cannot have it both ways. You cannot condemn South Africa for its disrespect for your principles, and at the same time, cite those very principles while ordering Limpopo to submit to South Africa. So make your choice, Denizistanis, does Limpopo deserve the freedom to chart its own path, a freedom guaranteed by the recent Syawlan withdrawal? Or does Limpopo deserve to live under a regime that you yourselves have condemned? Only recently, regarding the South African situation, Denizistan and Camizu had expressed the desire for closer relations. But in light of the deceptive treatment that Syawla has faced in this regard, Camizu may have to reconsider this matter. -Dr. Camizu |

Neo-Macedonia is overly concerned about the entire matter of South Africa. At one point our only concern was to free a nation from a regime which held "slavery" as a prime principle in it's government's agenda. Now however it seems that from this tiny spark we have ignited a wild fire we I myself fear cannot be extinguish. We are all god's childern and with this common thread we as civilized individuals should be able to come together and come to SOME sort of agreement on this matters. I ask that all of Africa's leaders open you hearts and minds to the light of God and come in peace to Neo-Macedonia. Attend the peace conference and let us finally bring this entire matter to an end before more life in our region is lost. May God bless us all. Thank you -King Alexander Augustus |
