Both nations agree to exchange weapons and other technologies needed for the mutual defense of both people. 2. Both nations in order to ensure safety and stability agree that neither nation is required to aid the other with men, machines, or supplies in a conflict unless the afflicted nation requests for such aid officially. 3. Both nations agree to allow access upon request to any military installation within the nation or any military installation they may operate. 4. Each nation agrees to allow the other to establish an embassy within the capital of their nation to help foster better communication and cooperation. 5. Each nation agrees to allow upon request the other to establish military bases within their national borders to be operated by the other. The said nation requesting such a permit is required to allow the host nation to survey and search the military installation at any time for any reason. Nation Specific Terms: 1. Both nations agree to abolish the said DMZ recreated in the region formally known as NeoDacia. The Region will be split between the two and access to both sides will be free. Limitations: 2. Any request made by any of the two signing nation is to be considered just that, a request. Both nations reserve the right to deny any request made to them. 3. Both nations agree to honor each individual nation’s own sovereignty and as such neither nation is required to follow any set rules or guidelines when conducting national business. Therefore neither nation will be held accountable by the other should they conduct business to be consider illegal by either the signing nations or the world in general. 4. This pact will have expiration date of five years (RL: 3 months) after the initial signing and will be considered null and void unless renewed by the signing nations. The Eastern Empire, realising China is a land-locked nation, permits Chinese trade organizations full access to non-military ports for the purpose of fostering trade with other nations Limitations: 1. Any request made by any of the two signing nation is to be considered just that, a request. Both nations reserve the right to deny any request made to them. 2. Both nations agree to honor each individual nation’s own sovereignty and as such neither nation is required to follow any set rules or guidelines when conducting national business. The Kushgaar Khanate agrees to supply the Eastern Empire with 30% of the manufactured weapons they produce by means of the technology and knowledge the Eastern Empire supplies them. Limitations: 1. Any request made by any of the two signing nation is to be considered just that, a request. Both nations reserve the right to deny any request made to them. 2. A Blood Oath is something the Assassin's do after two nations have fought side by side and lost people for each other. Think of it as something stronger emotionally than an alliance. The Assassination Army will support a Blood Oath nation under any circumstance, and fight fanatically for that nation. A Blood Oath does not have to be a two way thing either. It can be strictly an Assassin ideal only. A Blood Oath is also for life, until betrayed, or regime change that AA might not agree with. Nations with diplomatic representation in The Assassination Army: -All Nations (AA allows any nation to freely speak its mind and open talks.) Nations where Norightsia has Diplomatic Relations We reserve the right to establish an embassy in any nation that does not specifically deny us the privilege. But this right is not always used.
